Abstract

Un método para encender una lámpara de descarga de gas que incluye los pasos de generar un tensión de onda cuadrada de alta frecuencia teniendo una frecuencia de operación, generar una tensión sinusoidal de la tensión de onda cuadrada de alta frecuencia, controlar la frecuencia de operación a una frecuencia baja y aumentar la amplitud de la tensión sinusoidal durante tiempos de impulso sucesivos y después disminuir la amplitud de la tensión sinusoidal hacia la amplitud baja al final de cada uno de los tiempos de impulso sucesivos hasta que la lámpara haya encendido, donde la longitud de cada uno de los tiempos de impulso sucesivos es mayor que la longitud de los tiempos de impulso previos.
