Abstract

La presente invención pertenece al campo de la genómica y la nanotecnología, específicamente de las tecnologías de expresión de genes in vivo y a su aplicación en terapia génica que consisten en el desempeño del nanocomplejo NTS-poliplex capaz de transportar ácidos nucleicos a neuronas involucrando el campo de la terapia neurotrófica con miras al tratamiento de enfermedades neurodegenerativas, en particular la presente invención aborda el de tratamiento de la enfermedad de Parkinson mediante la expresión regulada de la neurotrofina BDNF.
