Abstract

Para redes de comunicaciones inalámbricas (WCN) que soportan traspaso flexible, la selección de los receptores de cooperación para un sistema de localización inalámbrico (WLS) de superposición de redes o basado en red híbrido, TDOA, AOA o TDOA/ AOA ha de enfrentarse a una o más estaciones base de red como una célula de servicio. Cuando el conjunto activo contiene más de un elemento, se dan a conocer dos técnicas para determinar un conjunto de receptores de cooperación y de demodulación para su uso en la recopilación de señales para una estimación de localización. En una realización, los elementos de conjunto activo se reducen de forma constructiva a un único elemento que se usa como una célula de servicio apoderada. En otra realización, la información contenida en la pertenencia a conjunto activo se conserva y se genera un nuevo conjunto de receptores de demodulación y de cooperación en base a la totalidad de la pertenencia del conjunto activo.
