Abstract

The present invention relates to flexible footwear that comprises flexing means, either in the sole or in the upper, or in both, and said means in turn comprise a groove placed transversely and recovering means placed transversely to said groove such that, when the footwear flexes along the groove, the action of said recovery means cause the footwear to recover, promoting recovery of the initial form of the footwear upon completion of each step, and thereby enhancing walking comfort.

Description

FLEXIBLE SHOES OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention is encompassed in the field of footwear with bending properties when walking.
Said invention is a flexible footwear comprising means of flexing, either in the sole, in the cut or in both, and said means comprise in turn a slot located transversely and recovery means located transversely to said slot so that when footwear flecta by the slot is recovered by the action of said means of recovery, favoring the recovery of the initial shape of the footwear at the end of each step, which improves comfort when walking.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Following the current trend of improving the ergonomics of footwear so that it adapts in the best possible way to the movement of walking, it is designed and constructed in such a way that it tries to adapt as closely as possible to the natural movements of the foot.
For this, one of the first characteristics to be fulfilled is that of flexibility, achieved in the first place by materials that, generally, allow to a greater or lesser extent the flexion of the footwear to adapt to the flexion of the foot when walking.
Without this flexibility of the materials being sufficient, configurations are added in certain areas of the shoe to favor the aforementioned bending.
It is known to incorporate grooves in the sole of the footwear to favor the flexing thereof, as set forth in the PCT patent with publication number WO20081 15743.
Likewise, another way to provide flexibility to the footwear is to incorporate in the cut thereof a bellows-type configuration, as in the European patent with publication number EP0109385.
However, these solutions are insufficient to adapt to the movements that the foot naturally takes while walking.
In addition to the aforementioned flexion, the foot must recover its previous shape to start from the same original layout and repeat one step after another, always with the least possible effort and maximum comfort.
The state of the art does not solve the adaptation of flexion and recovery necessary to adapt in the best possible way to the movements of the foot.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention is established and characterized in the independent claims, while the dependent claims describe other features thereof.
The present invention relates to a flexible footwear comprising means of flexure comprising in turn at least one slot located transversely in the front of said footwear and recovery means located transversely to said groove so that when the footwear flecta through the slot it is recovered by the action of said recovery means.
The present invention overcomes the disadvantages of the state of the art because it proposes in the same footwear a combination of flexion and recovery with the advantage of adapting as much as possible to the natural movements of the foot, that is, optimizing the ergonomics, thus giving rise to Other advantages of this as comfort, less fatigue, etc.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES The present specification is complemented with a set of figures, illustrative of the preferred example, and never limiting the invention.

Figure 5 represents a sole in plan with concave and convex bending means.
Figure 6 represents a sole in plan with the bending means forming part of it separately.
Figure 7 represents a raised view of a shoe with means of flexing in the sole and cutting.
Figure 8 represents a sole in plan with bending means with straight grooves.
Figure 9 represents a sole with duplicated flexing means in the anterior and middle areas.
DETAILED EXHIBITION OF THE INVENTION In the present embodiment of the invention, a shoe with flexing means (1) is described which includes a groove (1 .1) located transversely to the front of said shoe and recovery means (1.2) located transversely to said shoe. slot (1.1) so that when the shoe flecta by the slot (1.1) is recovered by the action of said recovery means (1.2).
For the anterior part of the shoe we understand the part of the shoe subjected to flexion when walking, that is, the part comprised between the toe and the beginning of the heel. > The groove (1.1) is a groove or channel made transversely to the shoe, that is, the longitudinal axis of said groove (1.1) is essentially transverse to the longitudinal axis of the shoe, thus being understood as an approximately right angle between these longitudinal axes.
In the same terms, the transversality of the recovery means (1.2) with respect to the slot (1.1) is described, being understood by a transverse situation the one formed between both longitudinal axes and close to the right angle.
Specifically, the recovery means (1.2) are longitudinal configurations whose ends exceed the width of the groove (1.1), as can be seen in Figure 1, and said ends are housed in incisions (1.3) which are local extensions of the slot (1.1) beyond its average width.
The recovery means (1.2) can be positioned differently from the groove (1.1) and depending on the curvature of the latter: -perpendicular to the tangent to the groove (1.1), so that it encompasses both the radial arrangements when the groove (1.1) is curved, as shown in Figure 2, and parallel when the groove (1.1) is straight, as it is shown in figure 8; - forming a broken line, so that the end of a recovery means is adjacent to the end of the adjoining one, as shown in Figure 3; -forming blades two to two, so that they intersect forming an "X", as shown in Figure 4.
The bending means (1), in a specific embodiment, are placed in the sole (2) of the shoe, either forming part of it integrally or separately.
In its entirety, it is meant when they are made of the same sole material (2) and by manufacturing methods known as injection, vulcanizing, casting, compression, etc.
An example of bending means (1) forming part of the sole (2) integrally is shown in figure 1. The mechanical functioning of the recovery means (1.2) is such that when the sole (2) is flexed, these stretched media resiliently recover their initial length, thus helping to recover the original shape of the foot.
In the case of handcrafted or "artistic" soles, such as leather soles, the bending means (1) are located separately, meaning that they form a separate element that is joined to the sole (2) by the methods known as gluing, sewing, etc.
In the sole (2), the flexure grooves (1.1) are located in the areas of the foot where the flexion occurs when walking, bending in the transverse direction with respect to the longitudinal axis of the foot. These areas are located following the results of biomechanical medical studies carried out by specialist orthopedic podiatrists.
The areas of the foot where the flexion occurs when walking are: an anterior zone (4), near the toe; a middle zone (5), at the end of the metatarsal. Between both zones is the rolling, flat and transition zone between the anterior and middle zones.
When walking, the step begins supporting the heel, continues towards the middle zone (5) where there is a flexion, follow the support in the rolling area from the part of the middle zone (5) to the previous area (4) where there is another flexion to then reach the end to the tip.
The flexion in the flexion zones is done thanks to the groove (1.1) and the elastic properties of the recovery means (1.2), properties that also cause that by elastic tension the initial flexion is inverted so that the groove (1.1) returns to its initial position.
The materials used for the bending means (1) are of the so-called "memory" since they have optimal elastic properties for intensive use in shoes, both in the sole (2) and in the cut (3).
Regarding the shape of the grooves (1.1), maintaining the cited transversality, the grooves (1.1) are straight, as shown in Figure 8, or acquire different curvatures, both concave and convex both or in combination with each other. A specific embodiment of combination is shown in Figure 5 in which the bending means (1) of the anterior area (4) are of concave curvature with respect to the toe and the means of flexion (1) of the middle zone ( 5) are of convex curvature with respect to the toe.
The bending means (1) can also be part of the cut (3) of the shoe and are normally of the type that are joined separately by gluing, sewing, etc., that is, by any method known to the art. manufacture of a cut (3) of footwear.
To optimally obtain the purpose of the invention, the bending means (1) of the cut (3) and of the sole (2) coincide in the same cross section of said shoe so that the bending and recovery thereof takes place at the time in the bending means (1) of the cut (3) and of the sole (2), as shown in figure 7.
In order to favor the operation of the footwear in very large sizes or with very thick soles, the bending means (1) can be duplicated, as shown in figure 9, tripled, etc.
The present embodiment shows a shoe, specific case of footwear, being equally valid for other types of footwear such as boots, sandals, etc.
