Abstract
Un método (400) y aparato (300) para seleccionar una de una pluralidad de antenas (320, 322), en un UE (300) que implementa diversidad de transmisión en un sistema de comunicación inalámbrica de multiportadora, para la transmisión conjunta de dos o más señales de enlace ascendente, cada una modulada en una frecuencia portadora diferente, tal como cuando las portadoras comparten un amplificador (314) de potencia. El método (400) y aparato (300) seleccionan una antena (320, 322) basándose en condiciones de canal asociadas con las portadoras, aún cuando los métodos de diversidad de transmisión de la técnica anterior proporcionan indicaciones de selección de antena en conflicto.
