Description

SYSTEM OF PORTAVASOS AND OF ADJUSTMENT APPLIED TO PORTAVASOS AND TO OTHER ACCESSORIES FOR REFRIGERATORS Field of the Invention This invention relates to a system of cup holders and adjustment applied to a cup holder and other accessories of refrigerators, with the intention of providing a device capable of suspending glasses and cups in the counterdoor of the freezer, so that they are cooled for the consumption of beverages , pointing to a device capable of suspending as many glasses as possible. It consists of a truncated-conical piece capable of covering any of the vessel shapes, and a clip fixed to the counter door, such a clip provided with a unique adjustment system for coupling to the refrigerator door, which allows the removal of the accessory.
Background of the Invention The intuition to keep cold consumer items has many references of application in the state of the art, including beverages, either packaged in bottles or boxes, and even containers with such drinks for consumption, such as glasses and glasses.
In the current state of the art, which involves applications to refrigerators, it is possible to observe the presence of some types of support that basically serve to suspend bottles from its neck, glass crates, Ref .: 218575 shelves, or support for wine glasses and the like. Such characteristics allow the accommodation of bottles or cups in a practical way, even inside freezers, allowing the cooling of these items until they are used.
Several devices emphasize the cooling of beverages, since these are the most common type of packaging, with the most practical cooling. Others focus on cooling the container used for beverages, such as cups. As a rule, the cups have a main body, where the liquid is housed, a flat surface, called 'foot', used to provide balance, a thin shank, which connects both. Therefore, it is common to use appropriate devices to retain bottles and cups, housing their thinnest parts in a retainer, which allows them to be housed inside refrigerators.
However, it is important to emphasize the absence of devices that promote the lodging of glasses, such as those used to drink beer, in a peculiar way, to also allow their cooling for the future consumption of the beverage. These vessels, contrary to the cups, do not have a stem that connects the body with the foot, in this case with a continuous shape and a molded body to contain the liquid and also provide balance from a lower flat surface. In other words, there is no thin part that can be accommodated in current support devices.
This invention is desired to satisfy the consumer's needs to cool glasses and cups, regardless of their forms and uses, such as, for example, glasses for beer, juice, water, wine, and champagne. Another benefit of this invention is the possibility of removing the accessory for cleaning purposes, or to obtain internal space when the device is not used inside the refrigerator.
Brief Description of the Invention Document USH0002203 describes the decorative figure of a slide different from this invention due to its characteristics of form and dimensions, in addition to not having a clip to fix on the counter door of refrigerators and the like.
The patent US7191905 discloses a shelf device whose shapes and dimensions are completely different from this invention.
The patent of E.U.A. US7066340 presents a support for bottles and does not conflict with any feature of this invention, due to its function, shape, and dimensions.
US5711430 discloses a support that combines a variety of glasses and cups, which, however, does not conflict with this invention, as it does not have a shape truncated cone and for not having clips for fixing on refrigerator doors.
Brief Description of the Figures Figures 1A-1E illustrate several views of the cup holder, showing its various faces and components. Figure 1A shows a top view, where it is possible to see the support (1) in a frustoconical shape, intended to support cups and cups, and the clip (2), intended to interact with the refrigerator doorway. Figure IB shows a bottom view of the cup holder, which also shows the holder (1) and the clip (2). Figure 1C illustrates a front view of the cup holder, while Figure ID shows its side view. Figure 1E shows a rear view of the cup holder.
Figure 2 illustrates a broad perspective view of the cupholder, showing the parts aligned for the joint: the support (1) and the clip (2). The clip is composed of a pin (2) that is fitted inside the receiver (2b) inside the doorway of the refligerator. It is also possible to visualize the adjustment (3) of the support, where the pin (2a) is inserted. It is also possible to observe that the receiver (2b) has one end (5) in the shape of a funnel, to facilitate the entrance of the pin (2a), and two side edges (6) that interact against the doorjamb allowing the complete fixation of the clip set (2) a the counter door of the refrigerator.
Figure 3 shows a perspective view of the bottom part of the cup holder, which shows the frusto-conical shape of the support (1) and the position of the clip (2).
Detailed description of the invention This invention relates to an accessory of cup holders applied to refrigerators, with the intention of suspending glasses and cups in the counter door of the freezer, so that these cool for the consumption of drinks, and whose objective is to suspend the maximum number of glasses, and not just glasses with thin bases, such as wine glasses, for example.
The invention comprises a support (1) consisting of a part with a frusto-conical shape, capable of covering any vessel shape, associated with a clip (2) is fixed to the counter door, which allows the removal of the accessory. The support (1) is characterized by its frusto-conical shape, with a front opening that allows its deformation, which allows the lodging of thicker vessels, such as those typically used in the consumption of beer. For that, this support (1) is made of deformable material, such as plastics or metals.
The support (1) is also characterized by the possibility of removing the refrigerator door stop, making use of the sliding adjustment (3), and used for other purposes, such as ice scraper, extractor, lever, among other purposes that the user can find for support (1). Another advantage of this feature is that the coupling relationship of the support (1) with the clip (2) through the adjustment (3) allows the removal for cleaning purposes and the customization of the types of support (1) to retain goods .
To enable the cup holder to be fixed to the refrigerator door, the support (1) is coupled by means of a clip (2), provided with a pin (2a) that is coupled in a setting (3) contained in the support (1). ), and a receiver (2b) for the pin (2a), which provides its coupling on the counter door.
Such pin (2a) is formed in at least two equal rods (4), which have a prominence that allows coupling on the receiver (2b), fixing the pin (2a) to the receiver (2b). Each rod (4) must be sufficiently flexible to allow deformation to couple and uncouple the pin (2a) of the receiver (2b), but hard to the point of supporting the coupling of the pin (2a) with the receiver (2b). In that way, the clip (2) is made of materials that support such requirements, such as metals or plastics.
The receiver (2b), in turn, has important features, such as an end in the shape of a funnel (5), which allows easy access of the pin (2a) to the receiver (2b). Additionally, in order to allow the necessary firmness in the back door, it has lateral edges (6) that support the receiver (2b) in the doorway through a superior physical interaction.
This configuration of the adjustment system provides flexibility that allows its application in other types and support models, in addition to those set forth in this invention, which guarantees sui generis versatility to the device. Therefore, other accessories subjected to a similar use in relation to the support (1), to retain other goods, such as tubes, plastic bags, soda cans, beer bottles, wine, ketchup, etc., can be used an adjustment system like the one set forth herein, provided with a clip (2) adaptable to the back door or to the interior of refrigerators with the use of a pin (2a) and a receiver (2b).
This invention is not limited to the representations discussed here, and should be understood in its broad scope. Many modifications and other representations of the invention will come to the mind of those skilled in the art to which this invention pertains, with the benefit of the aspects learned from the foregoing descriptions and the appended figures.
