Description

CIMBRA REUSABLE AND SEGMENTED BASED ON COMPOUND MOLDS LAMINA AND FOAM FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF USES BUILDINGS MULTIPLES DESCRIPTION OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention refers to a reusable formwork for the construction of buildings of multiple uses, this formwork is integrated by molds of different geometries grouped under the global concept of reusable and segmented formwork, said molds are formed by two smooth sheets and an intermediate core based on material lightweight such as polyurethane, polystyrene or other similar light material, forming a composite section that are transported to the site to be assembled and form the formwork of the constructions of buildings of multiple uses of a single level with roof type two waters.
BACKGROUND The reusable and segmented formwork based on molds that are intended to be used for the construction of multiple-use buildings or houses in series, has no comparison with any of the current forms, since the construction of buildings uses multiple by means of the formwork of the present invention, is carried out in situ with the use of prefabricated molds that are assembled or joined at the site to form the walls and slab of roof or mezzanine that make up a building with corners in arch and roof type two waters.
The reusable formwork of the present invention has the particularity that the molds that form the formwork are prefabricated, so that in the site connections are made between them to cast on them and build walls and roof slab or mezzanine, the molds being subsequently recovered.
State of the art technologies that we can mention are related to: Prefabricated concrete walls, consisting of a prefabricated concrete wall in its entirety that will be transported to the building site and will be added to the building using specific anchoring techniques for wall technology. These anchoring systems allow joining the wall with the structural element (s) of the building.
Concrete walls cast in the place of construction with falsework, which consist of establishing a mold or falsework of a non-adherent material to the concrete, with which the necessary pre-assembled reinforcement elements will be covered. Later the mold is cast with concrete. After the concrete has hardened the molds are removed, leaving the reinforced concrete wall in the building.
The most relevant technology in the development of this utility model is the patent application MX / a / 2007/016077, which describes prefabricated molds for the construction of houses with the dimensions of the house, whose transportation to the assembly place entails the inconveniences inherent to transportation and handling; solving these disadvantages, through the segment of the molds. Also the utility model MX / u / 2008/000416 that describes prefabricated molds for construction of houses with the dimensions of housing, with cost is greater, greater weight and less number of uses.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The reusable formwork for the construction of multipurpose buildings reason of this invention, is integrated by molds of different geometries grouped under the global concept of reusable and segmented formwork, said molds are shaped (see Figure 2) by two smooth sheets (1) and an intermediate core based on light material such as polyurethane, polystyrene or other similar light material (2), forming a composite section, which are transported to the site to be assembled and form the formwork of the constructions of multi-purpose buildings of one or several levels with roof type two waters or flat roof.
The molds of different geometries that make up the formwork are: Arc mold to define a curve in the reusable formwork for the construction of multi-use buildings, consisting of an arc piece between 5 ° to 90 ° (see figure 2) from a circle whose radius greater than or equal to 0.5 m; this arc mold has two short sides (3) opposed to define its width and, adjacent to these; two long sides (4), which define its length.
On each side that defines the width of the mold there are perforations (5), or holes of equal diameter and equidistant through which screws or other fastening elements are inserted, the holes are distributed in 1 or 2 rows to provide a larger area of clamping with adjacent molds that define wall (6) and roof slab or mezzanine, see figure 3.
The material of choice for this mold are sheets of steel, aluminum, or other material with equivalent mechanical characteristics as well as a core between sheets based on light material such as polyurethane, polystyrene or other material with equivalent mechanical characteristics. This section composed core sheet was selected because it has the rigidity necessary to maintain the geometry without appreciable deformation and resist the flexion caused by load caused during assembly, zarpeo and casting with mortar or concrete, as well as being an economical and light solution.
Junction plate (8) to two waters or flat plate placed in the union between flat molds and flat and curved molds, said junction plate (see figure 7) consists of a piece in two waters in ridges or flat that presents to the center of its width an inclination complementary to the angle of inclination of the arch mold.
This splice plate presents (see Figure 5) two opposite short sides (9) to define its width and, adjacent to these; two long sides (10), which define its length.
The splice plate (see Figure 6) has holes (11) of equal diameter and equidistant through which a screw or other means of attachment for the firm connection with adjacent molds is inserted.
The material of choice for the splice plates is steel, aluminum, or other material with equivalent mechanical characteristics, because this presents the rigidity necessary to maintain the geometry without appreciable deformation and resist the flexion caused by a load, for example those caused during assembly, weave and cast with mortar or concrete.
In figure 5, a representation of an isometric view of the junction of a junction plate to a mold to define roof slab or mezzanine, attached to an arch mold, which is attached to a mold to define a wall, is shown Define the first half of a formwork segment.
Molds to define wall and / or roof slab or mezzanine or mezzanine (see Figure 1), have a rectangular geometry, whose width (12) matches the width of the short sides of the arch mold; fixing itself to these adjacent molds by means of perforations and splice plates that are located at the ends of the adjacent molds.
The height of the construction depends on the length of the molds to define wall (13) and / or roof slab or mezzanine (13), for example the molds to define walls in the same construction have the same length, and likewise the molds to define roof or mezzanine slab; however, the length of these molds can be of equal or different length.
The assembly of the molds to define wall and / or slab of roof or mezzanine, mold in arc and plate of junction, circumscribe a segment of reusable formwork for the construction of buildings of multiple uses, see figures 4 and 5, and the union of Segments of formwork (see figure 6) define the reusable and segmented formwork based on molds for the construction of multiple use buildings.
EXAMPLE OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT.
With the description that is detailed below, a reusable formwork segment of 5 m wide by 1.2 m deep and 3 m high is obtained, which can be extended in its depth by coupling segments of falsework, in this example to a depth of 8 m, to then place a loading wall that covers the width of the formwork and give stability to the construction.
With the union in the construction site of molds to define roof slab or mezzanine, arc molds and molds to define walls, a reusable and segmented formwork is obtained, which is later covered on the outside with electro-welded mesh and mortar or concrete that When it reaches its resistance, the molds that make up the form are removed, to finally cover the interior with mortar.
Particularly in this example, the arc mold to define a curve in the reusable formwork for the construction of multipurpose buildings, consists of an arc piece of 80 ° from a circle whose radius is 0.9 m; this mold has two short sides of 1.2 m opposed to each other, to define its width and; adjacent to these, two long sides of 1.26 m that define its length. On each side that defines the width of the mold, there is a 0.15 m splice plate, which is tangent to the arch and forms a single piece with the mold, this extension has equal holes of 0.95 cm in diameter each, through which screws are inserted, the holes are distributed in one or two rows to provide a greater area of support with adjacent molds that define wall and roof slab or mezzanine.
The preparation on each side that defines the length of the mold consists of a flange of 0.05 m wide perpendicular to the mold, and 1.26 m long, steel with a thickness of 0.32 cm, which has 5 holes of 0.95 cm in diameter each and equidistant between them, through which screws are inserted to join firmly with adjacent molds of the same characteristics.
The junction plate on its short side has a development length of 20 cm, and at half of this length it has the inclination of 10 ° type two waters, and each of its long sides measure 0.61 m. It has a flange perpendicular to the mold 5 cm wide, to allow joining with adjacent ridge molds. This flange has 2 holes of 0.95 cm in diameter, through which a screw is inserted for firm support with the adjacent molds.
This mold has in each of the ends of its waters and along its length 5 holes of 0.95 cm each distributed in two rows to allow the passage of screws that allow the subjection with a mold to define roof slab or mezzanine.
The mold to define the wall and / or slab of roof or mezzanine presents in the width of its geometry 0.61 m to coincide with the width of the short sides of the mold in arc and with the long day splice plate. The length of this mold is 1.8 m, and the preferred material is plywood with a thickness of 0.016m, and is fixed by one of its short sides to adjacent molds as for example when defining wall to mold in arc; and when defining a roof slab or mezzanine is fixed to a splice plate, and to an arched mold.
