Abstract

Un biosensor fluorescente de CaMh (calmodulina) caracterizado por un marcaje sitio específico con dos fluoróforos colocados en posiciones estratégicas (posición 39 y 91), de tal forma que al interaccionar con el ligando se producen en la proteína los cambios conformacionales necesarios que modifican el microambiente de los fluoróforos unidos covalentemente a la proteína, mismos que producen una respuesta espectroscópica asociada con la interacción. Esta respuesta permite determinar no solo productos antagonistas de la CaM, sino también los parámetros de la interacción proteína-ligante.
