Abstract

Se describen sistemas y métodos para un sistema de empaquetado de botella y contenedor de envío mejorados, y más particularmente para un contenedor en donde una pluralidad de insertos se utiliza para estabilizar las botellas y proporcionar amortiguamiento resistente a impactos durante el envío de líquidos y similares. Para una modalidad de empaque de 4 botellas (cuádruple), el diseño de inserto mejorado incluye un separador o inserto plegable de botella para recibir y asegurar una parte inferior de la botella, junto con un inserto superior para recibir y sujetar una región de reborde y cuello de la botella (parte superior de la botella). Los insertos, en combinación con una caja de cartón de dos capas se pueden utilizar para proporcionar un contenedor o empaque de envío reutilizable y reciclable para productos químicos y similares.
