Abstract

La invención se refiere a una composición adecuada para utilizarse en la prevención o tratamiento de la otitis media comprendiendo IgA derivada de la leche bovina madura y que tiene especificidad de por lo menos un Streptococcus pneumaníae, Haemofhilus Influenzae y Moraxella catarrhalis. La invención además se extiende al uso de dicha composición en la prevención del tratamiento de la otitis media.
