Abstract
Un método de desmultiplexión de datos de cliente a partir de un enlace óptico en serie de clientes de velocidad de bitios constante (CBR) en señales CBR de velocidad de bitios más baja para la transmisión sobre una pluralidad de canales ópticos multiplexados por división de longitud de onda (WDM). El método comprende asignar bloques de bytes de un cuadro de cliente recibido a partir del enlace óptico en serie de clientes en los cuadros de transporte CBR respectivos para la transmisión sobre los canales ópticos WDM respectivos y tal que el número de bytes en el cuadro de cliente sea el mismo que el número de bytes en la pluralidad de cuadros de transporte CBR respectivos.
