Abstract
Described is a foldable serrated mattress structure for solving the problems related to furniture with no solid structure which is used as a bed, sofa, etc., since the filler thereof is not moved to zones of lower pressure upon transforming the structure into bed but compressed and remained in the same place, thus generating a sensation of softness in the surface, which upon being tightened prevents said surface from becoming more fluffy than the horizontal plane upon removing the weight therefrom. The foldable serrated mattress solves the problems of the furniture having or not solid structures upon having a dismountable cover, which may be washed and/or changed in case of having a stain, tear or configuration change.
Description
Structure of folding toothed mattress
DESCRIPTION
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention was designed to create from a flexible body a furniture with a solid structure which can take definite shapes, controlling space, firmness, comfort, that can be transported and moved easily and that the user is the one who decides which shape , size and design will have the furniture.
BACKGROUND
At present most of the furniture is built from solid structures that give them size and shape .. characteristic. The problem of solid structures is the volume they occupy, which makes transportation difficult and is the main feature or consider when making a purchase. In most cases the structures are made of wood, this increases the weight of the furniture and at the same time reduces the amount of weight it can support. When the user wants to move the furniture, he needs to load it completely or he will not drag the furniture and the legs could damage the floor. .
Of this type of furniture there are also those that are transformed into a bed, unfortunately the surface of the bed is not homogeneous and the mattress is split in half by a structure which hinders rest and mobility of the body.
There are also pouf furniture, which are soft, usually cylindrical in shape, without legs or backrest and fillers; Element polyurethane in pieces. These furniture substantially reduce the problems of > transportation since they have no solid structure. The problem with the pouf furniture is that they do not have a backrest or arms. Having no solid structure, these furniture are uncomfortable because all the weight is concentrated at one point and the surface is tilted / so it is not possible to place glasses, plates or any other utensil. Since the filling in the interior can move, when sitting, most of the filling goes to the sides, causing the user to sink and slip out. The problem of space is greater than in furniture with solid structure because they can not maintain their height when weight is applied, so the filling is made to the sides and covers more area in the room. Some pouf furniture also has its transformation to bed, which is a rectangular bag with filling, the problem is that 'while the user moves on the rectangular bag, the filling moves towards regions of lower pressure, causing the user to sink in the sack.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention was described as a Toothed Mattress because it has toothed areas and low areas that when bending the mattress 180 ° resemble the teeth (5) of a mesh. The present invention is also described as folding, due to
which, as mentioned above, has sufficient flexibility to bend up to 180 ° and form layers (21). The mattress, folding toothing (1) is composed of a flat base (2) in which. There are the different areas that make up the folding toothed mattress.; ·;
It is called Closing Zone (3) to the surface of the flat base (2) that is at the ends of the mattress, starts from the entire perimeter (9) of the flat base (2) and ends at a distance in the perpendicular direction of the perimeter (9).
It is called Marco (6) to the structure with defined volume that occupies the surface of the flat base (2) that is next to the Closing Zone (3) and starts from the entire interior perimeter (10) of the Closing Zone (3) and ending at a distance in a perpendicular direction from the perimeter of the Closing Zone (3).
It is called Gear Zone (12) a rla? surface of the flat base (2) which is delimited by the inner perimeter (11) of the frame (6).
The Teeth (5) are geometric structures that are located in the Gear Zone and are what give the height (y2) to the collapsible toothed coleljvcfn.
The Fold Zone (7) is the flat base surface (2) as a grid that surrounds the Teeth (5), except for the Jaws of the Teeth (5) that are next to the Frame (6), starting at starting from the external perimeter (13) of the Teeth (5) and ending at a distance P (x3) in a perpendicular direction from the external perimeter (13) of the Teeth (5). The Fold Zone (7) is also the surface that delimits the Low Height Zones (8), except the sides of the Low Height Zone (8) that are delimited by the Frame (6).
The Low Height Zone (8) is the geometrical pattern whose height is less than yl and occupies a surface of the same size as: lbI occupied by the Teeth (5). It is always between two teeth (5) as a minimum and delimited by the crease zone (7) that
surrounds the Teeth (5), except when the sides of the Low Height Zone (8) are next to the Frame (6). ,
The Arrangement is the way in which the Teeth (5) and the Low Height Zones (8) are distributed throughout the Gear Zone (12). Preferred Array (14) is composed of rows (15) and columns (16), like a grid, which has a pattern. The rows (15) have the same width as the columns (16) which is xl. Each Row (15) is separated from the other by a Fold Zone (7) of width x3. Each Column (16) is separated from the other by a Fold Zone (7) of width x3. The pattern is to insert a Low Height Zone (8) and a Tooth (5) when forming a Row (15). The pattern is to insert a Low Height Zone (8) and a Tooth (5) when forming a Column (16). A row (15) must have the same number of Teeth (5) and Low Height Zones (8). Therefore, if a row (15) starts with a tooth (5), that same row (15) will end with a low height zone (8). A column (1) must have the same number of Teeth (5) and Low Height Zones (8). So if a Column (16) starts with a Tooth (5), that same Column (15) will end with a Zone of Bqja; Affyra (8):; The Arrangement always starts from left to right and from the lower left corner of the Gear Zone (12).
The Rings (4) are buttonholes that are found in the Fold Areas (7) and in the Closure Zone (3) and always go in pairs'.iPu &'n'. be made of metal, plastic or reinforced on its edges only with 'seam i. The pairs of rings (4) always go in the corners of the Teeth (5) and in the corners of the Low Height Zones (8). In the Fold Zone (7) the Rings (4) are in the center of the intersections (17) and the pairs of Rings are parallel to the larger sides of the Foldable Teeth Mattress (1), when the corner of the Tooth (5) and the corner of the Low Height Zone (8) are together (18) to the Frame (6), the pair of Rings (4) > it will be located in the Closing Zone (3), at the same distance (x2) as the AniHQs ·: (4.}. of the, Fold (7) and in the direction
perpendicular to the larger sides of the Foldable Teeth Mattress (1) and centered according to the width (x4) of the Closing Area
The cord (20) is the thread of filiform material that is used to intertwine (22) the Rings (4) and tie down to keep the layers (21) together.
The flat base (2) may be composed of fabric, leather, synthetic material or plastic and filled by a thin layer of polyurethane foam or soft plastic. Its main function is to keep all the teeth together and give flexibility to the structure that it forms. In the figures it is represented in a rectangular manner but it is not limited to that form.
The rings in the Folding Zone (7) 'serve as a point of support for the Cord (20) to compact the layers (21) of the folding mattress (1) and thus prevent the layers from sliding when applying weight on them-. The rings of the Closing Zone (3) serve as a point of support for the Cord '(20) to join the ends of the Foldable Teeth Mattress (1) and for the Lining (23) to be left (1).
The Closing Zone (3) has as a 'function' to close the ends of the Foldable Teeth Mattress (1) to provide firmness to the; corners (25) through the Cord (20) that interlaces the Rings (4) of the Closing Zone (3).
The Teeth (5), the Frame (6) and the Low Height Zones (8) can be made of materials such as cloth, leather, synthetic material or plastic.
The Teeth (5) are the structures of greater size and their main function is to give volume to the layers (21) and at the same time prevent them from slipping. They are placed interspersed with Low Height Zones (8) which allows that when folding (26) the layers (21), the upper layer (27) fits with the lower layer (28). The filling of the teeth (5) and the
Areas of Boja Altura (8) (in case of having volume) can vary from rubber foam
polyurethane, polyurethane foam rubber in pieces, polystyrene spheres, soft plastic to air. The embodiments of the invention are shown in Figures 2 through 11, the teeth may be hemispherical (5-a), rectangular (5-a2), triangular (5-a3), cylindrical (5-a4) ) and semi-cylindrical (5-d5).
The Frame (6) has the function of providing volume on the sides of the layers (21) that are perpendicular to the direction. curtain (30) of the layers (21) of the folding toothed mattress (1). Its shape can be semi-cylindrical (6-al) or rectangular (6-a2).
(26) from -180 ° to 180 °. You can (26) along the columns
The low height zone (8) may have volume to support the teeth (5) and prevent the layers (21) from comparing too much or may be completely flat. Its main function is to provide a place for each tooth (5) at the moment of folding (26) the layers (21) of the mattress and thus avoid that it collides tooth with tooth and create deformations e¾ :: iá its
Layer (21) is called to the estr¾eiurd formed when folding 180a the Folding Mattress (1) which has only bottom and top flat. It is composed of the Lower Layer (28), whose Teeth (5) point upward, and the Upper Layer (27), whose Teeth (5) point to ^ ^
When folding (26) a hood (21), the frame (6) is folded and the filling moves to areas of lower pressure (31) and allows the folding of the mattress.
At the moment of folding (26) a layer (21), the teeth (5) occupy the space of the Low Height Zones (8) and deform (32) their structure due to the weight.
The flat base (2) of the folding toothed mattress (1) is the one that forms the surface of the seats (33), arms and backrest (34) of the furniture. By having rings (4) on its surface it allows the respiration of its layers (21 V at the moment of applying weight and also the possibility of keeping the layers (21) joined through a cord (20) that interlaces them.
The Rings (4) of the Closing Zone (3) that are in the fold (26) allow the cord (20) to have support points to join the layers (21) when interlacing them (22) with the pairs of Rings ( 4) following (34). .
The height of the furniture formed (yój 'lépénde.de the number of layers (21) overlapped.) There is also a New Arrangement in rows (35), which differs from the Preferred Arrangement (14) of rows and columns forming a grid, as shows in Figures 12 and 13. This New Arrangement (35) has only Rows (36) which are parallel to the sides of smaller size Folding Mattress (1), There are two types of Rows (36) in this New Arrangement (35): the Rows (37) and the Rows of Low Height (38) The Rows (37) have a single Tooth (39) that occupies the entire length (xl O) and width (x7) of Row (36) and has a semi-cylindrical shape, the Low Height Rows (38) can have full volume or be flat, only their height will always be lower than the height (y4) of the Dizziness (6). 7) is on the sides of the rows (36) and has a width x9 The pattern of the new arrangement is to insert a row (37) and a row e Low Height (38), in such a way that ef-'Colchón ^ Folding Teeth (1) always has the same number of Dice Rows (37) and Rows' of Low Height (38).
The structure of the folding mattress (') is easy to use since, since it does not have solid structures, its weight can be adjusted all over the mattress and it allows to change shapes
of the furniture when applying pressure. Having no legs allows it to drag without damaging the surfaces and does not have structures that can be broken by the weight.
The structure of mattress-toothed, folding (1) solves the problems of furniture without solid structures by using Teeth (5) to delimit the filling and thus prevent the filling from spreading. Its interposed arrangement of teeth (5) and areas of low height (8) allow the mattress to be firm and homogeneous, preventing the layers from slipping and providing layers (21) of the same thickness: (yS);
The folding toothed mattress structure (1) solves the problems of furniture without solid structures to maintain its height, since when folding layer on layer it defines the maximum height (y6) and the volume - it does not move to the sides when applying weight . Due to the mooring of the structure of the folding toothed mattress with the cord (20) this allows compression of the filling and prevents it. the filling moves to areas of lower pressure.
The foldable toothed mattress structure (1) solves the problems of furniture with and without solid structures, since it allows the user to define the area that the furniture will occupy. By having zones-of itégjüé (71) the mattress has enough flexibility to completely bend and will occupy the length (xl2), depth (xl3) and height (yó) that the user wishes.
The foldable toothed mattress structure (1) solves the problems of furniture without solid structures to lean when applying weight since its fold zones (7) allow to tie with cord (20) its through the Rings (4) and give stability to the surface.
||| ··.,. /|·.$¾; you:? ', |. |
The structure of jagged mattress; folding (1) solves the problems of furniture with solid structure that transform into a bed, since this mattress can be transformed into a bed (Figure 24) by making the layers (1) of the same dimensions (xl 2, xl 3) . All its surface is homogeneous and does not have divisions in its structure that disturb the rest.
The structure of folding toothed mattress (1) solves the problems of furniture without solid structure that are transformed into bed, because when transformed into bed its filling does not move to areas of lower pressure but it is compressed and remains in the same place , this generates a sensation of softness on the surface and when tied with the cord (20) it is necessary to remove the weight the surface sponges more than the horizontal of the surface,! | -||
The folding toothed mattress structure (l) solves the problems of furniture with and without solid structures by having a removable liner (23), which can be washed and / or changed in case of any stain or tear.
For all the above said ^ '' can say that these characteristics to form furniture and be personalized ??? ·: he user has not been achieved by any other invention .-
