Abstract

Los recipientes (10, 11, 12 y 13) están asociados con un colector de entrada (14) que pasa a las entradas (16), cada uno controlado por una válvula de guillotina (17); los extremos inferiores de las cajas (10) y (12), y las cajas (11) y (13) pasan material a través de las válvulas de guillotina de salida respectivas (22) a la primera línea de entrega (23) y la segunda línea de entrega (24) respectivas; las válvulas de guillotine respectivas (17) y las válvulas de guillotine de salida (22) de las cajas (10) y (11) por una parte y las cajas (12) y (13) por otra parte, operan mediante accionadores neumáticos comunes respectivos (25); cada caja tiene un ensamble de eyector (26) que tiene una cámara superior (28), una boquilla de inyector de aire (30), y un tubo de acelerador (31) para crear la función del tubo Venturi; una válvula de ciclado de aire (32) cambia la cámara superior (28) entre un espacio despresurizado y un espacio presurizado; el tubo de acelerador (31) evacua a una línea de entrega (23 ó 24); el aire del ensamble de eyector (26) es suministrado a través de la válvula de control de aire (35); las líneas de entrega respectivas (23) y (24) tienen, cada una, un puerto de eyector (37) que permite que el aire sea emitido hacia la línea; el ciclo de carga y descarga completado queda regulado por temporizadores neumáticos y PLC neumáticos.
