Abstract

Se describen sistemas y metodologías que facilitan el empleo de una configuración de piloto híbrido en una red de comunicaciones inalámbricas; una configuración de piloto híbrido incluye símbolos piloto comunes y pilotos dedicados multiplexados juntos dentro de un intervalo de tiempo de transmisión; los símbolos piloto multiplexados pueden ser recibidos y utilizados para desmodular canales; los símbolos piloto comunes pueden ser empleados para desmodular canales de control y los símbolos piloto dedicados pueden ser utilizados para desmodular canales de datos; además, los símbolos piloto dedicados pueden ser empleados para generar un estimado de canal; los canales piloto comunes pueden ser utilizados en combinación con los símbolos piloto dedicados a fin de aumentar el estimado de canal.
