Abstract

Se describen ciclos termodinámicos con diluente que producen energía mecánica, energía eléctrica y/o flujos de fluido para calentar y/o enfriar. Los sistemas contienen un sistema de combustión que produce un fluido energético quemando combustible con oxidante. El diluente térmico es usado preferiblemente en el diluente para mejorar el desempeño o funcionamiento, incluyendo uno o más de la energía, eficiencia, economía, emisiones, desempeño dinámico y de carga pico, regulación de temperatura y/o componentes de calentamiento y enfriamiento. Los ciclos incluyen un sistema de recuperación de calor y preferiblemente recuperación y reciclaje de diluente térmico del fluido energético expandido para mejorar la eficiencia termodinámica del ciclo y reducir los costos de conversión de energía. Los ciclos incluyen preferiblemente controles para las temperaturas, presiones y velocidades de flujo dentro de un sistema de calor y energía (CHP), combinado y controles de energía de producción térmica, eficiencia y/o emisiones.
