Abstract

Se describe método y aparato para autorizar una llamada telefónica de tarjeta telefónica. En un ejemplo, una tarjeta telefónica incluye un cuerpo plano que tiene un sistema de memoria, un circuito de entrada, un controlador, y una pantalla. El sistema de memoria se configura para almacenar información de código clave. El circuito entrada se configura para recibir un número de identificación personal (PIN). El controlador se configura para derivar un código clave de la información de código clave que utiliza el PIN. La pantalla se configura para presentar el código clave. El usuario entonces puede utilizar el código clave para propósitos de autorizar una llamada hecha al utilizar una tarjeta telefónica. El código clave puede cambiar de vez en cuando mientras el usuario utiliza la tarjeta telefónica.
