Abstract
Se describe una formulación y método de uso para eliminar el uso de hexa en la encapsulación de arena de depósitos. La composición de materia consiste en resinas de novolaca normales con el componente hexa reemplazado por un agente de restauración o curación granulado sólido. Se dan la formulación y método preferidos para formar el compuesto. Los elementos traza de amoníaco, fenol y similares se reducen además por la adición de una mezcla preferida de 50:50 de una solución reguladora de amoniaco y agente de enmascaramiento. Se dan los compuestos preferidos para la solución reguladora de amoníaco y mezcla de agente de enmascaramiento.
