Abstract

The present invention relates to nonoxidative hair dyes based on acidic dyes that contain Polyacrylate-13 as a thickener.

Description

AGENT FOR COLORING HAIR WITHOUT OXIDATION FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a hair dye non-oxidizing, gel or cream based on acidic dyes.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION For hair coloring, in addition to oxidative hair dyes that are formed by the oxidative coupling of one or more developer components, direct penetration dyes are gaining an increasing level of importance. Of particular importance in this regard are hair dyes based on acidic dyes, which allow especially gentle hair coloring. However, a problem that appears with such hair dyes is the frequent occurrence of a strong coloration of the scalp, as well as of the nearby areas of the skin. One possibility to avoid this problem involves the use of a gel-like coloring preparation, in which such a gel is applied to the hair precisely at a distance of 1 mm to 2 mm from the scalp, while avoiding contact with the skin. .
However, this is not possible with the currently known coloring gels, which use cellulose to thicken, since these gels exhibit inadequate adhesion to the hair and slip out of the hair relatively easily. Attempts have been made to eliminate this problem by the use of other thickeners. In this way, it is known from patents JP-A 2000-159644 and JP-A 2000-128748 that certain acrylamide homopolymers can be used to thicken acidic hair dyes. Similarly, it is known from WO 01/35922 that certain acrylamide copolymers can be used to thicken agents for hair treatment. In addition, JP-A 08-245348 describes the use of crosslinked polyacrylates to thicken acidic hair dyes. However, the properties of these agents based on polyacrylamides or polyacrylic acid are not satisfactory in all aspects. Thus, there is an important need for a hair dye gel based on acidic dyes which is easy to manufacture and stable and, at the same time, allows a uniform coloring of the hair without coloration of the scalp.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION It has been found that the use of certain acrylate copolymers alone or in combination with certain polysorbates largely meet the aforementioned requirements for thickening hair dyes.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is thus an agent for coloring hair based on at least one acidic dye, where such an agent contains a copolymer of acrylic acid and 2-methyl-2 - [(1-oxo-2- propenyl) amino] -1-monosodium salt of propanesulfonic acid, 2-propenamide and sodium 2-propenoate (polyacrylate-13; CAS-Nr .: 15728-72-8) as thickener. The hair dye of the present invention contains polyacrylate-13, preferably in an amount of about 0.01 to 1 weight percent, especially in the amount of 0.1 to 0.5 weight percent. In addition to polyacrylate-13, the dye of the present invention preferably contains at least one isoalkane polymer, especially polyisobutene or at least one nonionic surfactant based on ethoxylated sorbitan laurate esters, especially with an average degree of ethoxylation of 20%. (for example, polysorbate-20). An especially preferred combination of the three aforementioned compounds of the present invention, for example, is distributed under the trade name SEPIPLUS 400 by Seppic Company. The amount of isoalkane polymer used in the dye of the present invention is preferably about 0.06 to 2 weight percent, while the nonionic surfactant is preferably used in an amount of about 1.5 to 3.2 weight percent. In addition, the hair dye of the present invention contains, at least, an acidic dye or a mixture of various acidic dyes, where the total amount of these dyes, preferably, amounts to 0.01 to 5 weight percent. Acidic food dyes known as acid dye can be used, as well as the acidic dyes named in the CTFA International Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary (CTFA International Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary), 10th Edition (2004) such as "D &; C "," Ext. D &C "and" FD &C "dyes, as well as other "Acid dyes" described therein. The following examples of suitable acidic dyes can be named in particular: D &C Yellow No. 8 (Cl 45350), D &C Red No. 31 (Cl 15800), D &C Red No. 22 (Cl 45380), D & C Orange No. 4 (Cl 15510), D &C Green No. 5, D &C Red No. 6 (Cl 15850), FD &C Green No. 3 (Cl 42053), FD &C Blue No. 1 ( Cl 42090), Ext. D &C Violet No. 2 (Cl 60730), Ext. D &C Yellow No. 7 (Cl 10316), Black Acid 1 (Cl 20470), Acid Blue 3 (Cl 42051), Acid Green 25 (Cl 61570), Acid Green 1 (Cl 10020), Orange Acid 3 (Cl 10358), Orange Acid 24 (Cl 20170), Red Acid 27 (Cl 16185), Acid Red 18 (Cl 16255), Red Acid 52 (Cl 45100), Violet Acid 9 (Cl 45190), Yellow Acid 1 (Cl 10316) and Yellow Acid 23 (Cl 19140). Especially preferred dyes are Red Acid 52, Red Acid 18, D &C Red No. 6, Acid Yellow 1, Acid Black 1, Orange Acid 7 (D &C Orange No. 4) and Violet Acid 43 (Ext. D &C Violet No. 2). The named dyes are characterized by the fact that they can be used for hair coloring in an acidic medium, to intensify hair coloring. Therefore, the dyes of the present invention possess an acidic pH value of 1.5 to 7, where the pH value can generally be adjusted with organic acids, such as, for example, lactic acid, glycolic acid, succinic acid, malic acid , tartaric acid or inorganic acids, for example, phosphoric acid. To improve the coloring performance, additional carrier substances, such as, for example, benzyl alcohol, N-methylpyrrolidone, 1,3-butanediol, phenylethyl alcohol, propylene glycol and n-propanol, can be added to the dyes of the present invention. or other solvents that promote the penetration of dyes. In this regard it is preferred to add benzyl alcohol or propylene glycol, where the total amount of benzyl alcohol and propylene glycol is from about 2 to 25 weight percent. In addition, triethylene glycol monobutyl ether and 2-benzyloxyethanol, as well as ethanol and sodium propane can be added. The total amount of ethanol and isopropanol amounts to about 2 to 25 weight percent. In an especially preferred embodiment, the agent of the present invention also contains a polyglucoside, for example, coconut glucoside (Plantacare® 818 UP from Cognis / BRD Company). The amount of polyglucoside used is, preferably from about 0.1 to 3 percent by weight, especially from 0.5 to 2 percent by weight. The hair dye of the present invention can also contain all conventional and known additives for such preparations, for example, essential oils; chelating agents; cosmetic resins, such as, for example, polyvinylpyrrolidone or poly (vinylacetate); alginates; guar gum; hair conditioning substances, such as, for example, cationic polymers or lanolin derivatives; or wetting and emulsifying agents of the classes of anionic, nonionic, amphoteric or cationic active surface substances. The mentioned components are used in the usual amounts for such purposes, for example, the wetting and emulsifying agents are used in a concentration of 0.1 to 30 weight percent and the conditioning agents are used in amounts of 0.1 to 5 weight percent . The hair dye of the present invention exhibits a relatively high water content of about 25 to 90 weight percent, preferably 30 to 70 weight percent. The use of a hair dye of the present invention follows the known procedures, in which one takes a quantity of the hair dye which is sufficient for the hair length, from about 30 g to 120 g, the hair dye it is then applied to the hair, the hair dye is allowed to act at a temperature of 15 ° C to 50 ° C for a period of time of approximately 5 to 50 minutes, after which the hair is carefully rinsed with water and dried. The hair dye of the present invention does not slip out of the hair and has very good applicability, so that an excellent coloring of the hair can be achieved. hair without simultaneous coloring of the scalp. An additional advantage of the hair dye of the present invention is its easy production, thanks to which practically no problems arise during the production of dust, as well as the high stability of the agent, especially with respect to the agent that is experiencing the separation. The following examples will further illustrate the object of the present invention, while the invention is not limited to those examples.
