Abstract
Un producto conocido en forma de cuerda para la producción de una capa metálica resistente a la corrosión y al desgaste sobre un sustrato presenta un núcleo flexible, rodeado por un manto, que contiene medios de unión, un medio de recubrimiento fundible en forma de polvo a base de níquel, así como partículas de material rígido no fundible o sólo parcialmente fundibles. A partir de esto, de conformidad con la presente invención, se proporciona un producto en forma de cuerda que puede reproducirse fácilmente y puede procesarse como capas protectoras sobre un sustrato, evitando así daños en el material del substrato. De conformidad con la presente invención, se propone que el medio de recubrimiento comprenda un primer polvo de una primera aleación a base de níquel con una temperatura de fusión menor y un segundo polvo de una segunda aleación a base de níquel con una temperatura de fusión mayor.
