Description

DISPATCHING SYSTEMS OF PAPER ROLLS NUCLEI FIELD OF THE INVENTION This invention relates to paper roll core dispensing systems. More particularly, it refers to cores of paper rolls that are water soluble and release cleaners in the water.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Typical paper roll cores, such as rolls of toilet paper cores, rolls of paper towel cores, etc., can not be flushed down the toilet. The cores of typical paper rolls have no other use after the paper has been finished, so they are discarded and generate garbage from the landfill. Normally, toilets (and to a lesser extent, garbage disposals) require frequent cleaning to maintain a sanitary condition. Unfortunately, toilets are not disinfected with the preferred frequency, because they require cleansers that are not easily accessible at frequent intervals. In addition, there is no system for cleaning and / or disinfecting a toilet with cores of paper rolls. Therefore, there is a need to provide a practical way to disinfect the toilet at frequent intervals. Furthermore, there is a need to increase the usefulness of paper roll cores. In particular, there is a need for a system for cleaning or disinfecting a toilet with cores of paper rolls.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION One embodiment of the present invention provides a core for use with a twisted-up wound material. The core comprises a water-soluble support material and a cleaner placed on the water-soluble support material. The cleaner further comprises an acid and a base. The core is soluble upon contact with water and the cleaner is disposable within the water upon initiation of core solubilization. Another embodiment of the present invention provides a core for use with a twisted-up wound material. The core comprises a water-soluble support material, a cleaner placed on the water-soluble support material, and a binder material. The cleaner further comprises an acid and a base. The binder material provides adhesion of at least one, the acid and base of the cleaner to the water-soluble support material. The core is soluble upon contact with water and the cleaner is disposable within the water upon initiation of core solubilization.

Premix a pinch of blue dye powder in 0.35 1 (12 ounces) of water and set aside, (the colorant in water is easier to handle than the powder) 3. Using the template tool, the fold the paper in half lengthwise and mark the area on the inside surface of the folded dissolvable paper where the "candy" will be applied. 4. Mix 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of sugar and 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of a mixture of blue dye and water in a small pot (step 2345). (if you use a water-based perfume, add it here) . It is cooked with high heat on an electric or gas stove constantly stirring (step 2350). 6. Monitor the temperature of the sugar using a candy thermometer or digital thermometer with a thermocouple. 7. The temperature at which the desired "caramel" firmness is required to produce the desired stiffness of the product is chosen (see caramel temperatures detailed below, preferably 116 ° C (240 ° F) - soft ball) 8. Once the sugar reaches the desired temperature, dry products are mixed into a well-distributed consistency, (if a non-water-based perfume is used, add it here 9. The "candy" is spread over the paper in the area traced by the template tool (step 2360). 10. Fold the paper in half lengthwise 11. A manual roller can be used to flatten any large lump of material before going through the heated rolls. 12. Place the folded paper with the "candy" (sandwich) in the engraving tool aligned with the registration marks. 13. The engraving tool is passed through the hot rollers as many times as required, until the area marked on the template is completely filled (step 2370 and step 2375). 14. The sandwich is removed from the engraving tool.
. The sandwich is cut with the guide in the layout of the template tool. 16. The sandwich is rolled over the Tubemaster mandrel to create a tube wound in the shape of a helix (step 2380). 17. Some manipulation of the joint (overlap joint) may be needed to obtain an aesthetically acceptable tube. 18. Extend the tube on the mandrel (like a kitchen roll) on a hard surface to obtain better uniformity. Example 2 Equipment - a pan of 0.95 I (1 quart) or smaller; a bowl of 0.95 I (1 quart); hand or fork mixer; metal spatula; electric or gas stove; digital thermometer; rolling mill; frame laminating tool (engraving tool); template tool; mandrel (Tubemaster 1000, 2000 or 3000). Ingredients - sugar granules; sucrose; table sugar; citric acid granules; sodium bicarbonate powder; fruit pectin, (Sure Gel); dry soap powder, laundry detergent; blue dye powder (food grade); and water.
Procedure: 1. Mix dry products in a separate bowl in the following quantities: a. 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of citric acid 2. 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of baking soda 3. 1.25 ml (1/4 teaspoon) of pectin 4. 1.25 ml (1/4 teaspoon) of dry soap 5. Prepare a 12-ounce bottle of water with a pinch of blue dye and shake well. 6. Mix 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of sugar with 2.5 ml (V? - teaspoon) of blue water in the saucepan. 7. Warm the mixture slowly until it boils 100 ° C (212 ° F) - 102 ° C (215 ° F). 8. Boil and stir continuously while observing the temperature using the digital thermometer. 9. Boiling is maintained until the speed of bubbling is minimized. This is the time when water almost degass from the "syrup" of melted sugar. 10. The final temperature is recorded. Preferred target temperature 116 ° C (240 ° F) (soft ball). 11. Premixed dry products are added. 12. Stir to a paste or dough consistency. 13. Apply the paste to the prepared Dissolvo paper by marking the cut out area using the template tool and folding the paper in half lengthwise. 14. The laminator is passed as many times as required to fill the cut-out area drawn by the template tool. 15. Remove the flat tube pattern from the frame tool. 16. The flat tube pattern is trimmed with the guide to the marks of the template tool 17. The roll is rolled over the mandrel and a permeable putty is applied as required. require 18. Let the tube rest until it cools. The resulting core is dissolved to a state that can be removed in the toilet before 30 seconds and completely dissolved in about 2 minutes.
