Description

The present invention relates to a wet tissue manufacturing method, and more specifically, wraps a dry tissue with a wrap, supplies the tissue to a tissue unit, wets the supplied tissue unit with water at a sales office, and then attaches a support frame and a cover. The present invention relates to a wet tissue manufacturing method that is conveniently and hygienically manufactured by making it possible to use the wet tissue on the spot, and a manufacturing apparatus thereof.

As is well known, the wet tissue is provided to provide cleanliness by customers in general restaurants and the like. Wet tissue can be divided into paper vinyl wet tissue, one-time wet tissue and hand towels that can be washed for reuse. In the case of paper vinyl wet tissue, the unit price is low, but to prevent the paper from tearing. In addition, it is not preferable because a sheet-type vinyl is provided between the paper sheets and the effect is poor, and by containing a preservative, the customer feels inconvenience in use.

Also, in the case of a single use wet tissue, it is usually distributed in a wet state, so preservatives are used to prevent alteration in the distribution process, smells of preservatives, and is dried during long-term storage. Due to the problems that are likely to occur, many problems have occurred on the supply by ordering and using small quantities in a short period of time.

On the other hand, in the case of washable hand towels to be reused, the laundry company collects hand towels in bulk and delivers them to restaurants after washing. Uses highly toxic chemicals such as hydrochloric acid, which causes other unsanitary problems. For example, a washable hand towel is easy to clean in the kitchen and has the advantages of being able to clean the table in the cafeteria. This creates unsanitary problems.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, we recently created a hand towel maker that can be used directly at restaurants. In such a hand towel maker, wet tissue is discharged by a roll method, Although it was cut in size for convenience in use, in the case of the above-mentioned manufacturing equipment, the cutting blade is always used adjacent to water, so the cutting blade can be easily rubbed and smooth cutting of wet tissue As a result, there are problems in machine management, and there are hygiene problems such as the fact that water is always stored for storage in the machine, so that bacteria propagate.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to supply a dry tissue to a contractor, and the contractor can use such a tissue by immersing it in water. Another object of the present invention is to provide a new and improved wet tissue manufacturing method and manufacturing apparatus.

Another object of the present invention is that the tissue is formed in a square matrix, wrapped in wraps, seated on a support frame using the tissue unit wrapped as described above, and then covered. It is an object of the present invention to provide a new and improved wet tissue production method and apparatus capable of dehydrating a tissue unit by applying pressure to the tissue unit and storing the dehydrated tissue unit in a storage room such as a refrigerator.

In order to solve the above-described problem, according to one aspect of the present invention, in a wet tissue manufacturing method capable of immediately manufacturing a wet tissue from a dry tissue, the wet tissue is folded in a predetermined size in a dry state without moisture. A tissue unit forming stage in which a plurality of tissues are arranged in a square shape and wrapped with a wrap having openings formed on both sides to form a tissue unit; water is sprayed into the opening of the tissue unit to the tissue unit A water absorption stage in which water is absorbed; a tissue unit seating stage in which the tissue unit is seated on a support frame formed in a U-shaped cross section so as to have a seating groove on the upper side; A dehydration stage in which the cover is pressed down and water is dehydrated from the tissue unit; the cover is removed and the tissue unit is removed. While the bets shape is restored to the original state, and the wet tissue supply step is provided in a state where the tissue units wet; wet tissue manufacturing method characterized by comprising is provided.

In order to solve the above problems, according to another aspect of the present invention, in a wet tissue manufacturing apparatus that can immediately manufacture a wet tissue from a dry tissue, the wet tissue manufacturing apparatus has a seating groove formed on the upper side. As shown in the figure, a cover fitting piece is fitted to the lower side corners of the support frame formed in a U-shaped cross section, and the cover is formed to be narrower than both ends on the upper side of the support frame. And pressurizing pieces formed on both sides of the pressurizing part, and fitting pieces are respectively provided on both sides of the pressurizing part and the pressurizing piece. A wet tissue maker is provided.

A non-slip protrusion may be formed on the lower side of the support frame.

The support frame and the cover may be made of a transparent body, and an advertisement may be displayed on the pressure portion of the cover.

As described above, according to the present invention, a tissue that is always in a dry state is supplied, and can be used as a wet tissue instantly by a contractor, is clean, and a plurality of wet tissues are formed by a tissue unit. Preservation agents and disinfectants used for distribution in wet conditions without space restrictions because a separate mechanism or complicated hand towel dispenser was required by storing it in a storage room such as a warm storage. Is no longer needed, and anyone can wipe their face without worrying about cleanliness.

In addition, when the support frame and the cover are formed of a transparent body, a clean image can be produced, and an advertisement can be displayed on the cover to provide an efficient advertising effect to the trader.

Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In addition, in this specification and drawing, about the component which has the substantially same function structure, duplication description is abbreviate | omitted by attaching | subjecting the same code | symbol.

FIG. 1 is a flowchart showing a method for manufacturing a wet tissue according to an embodiment of the present invention. First, a tissue unit is formed in the tissue unit formation stage (step 10). Next, the tissue unit absorbs water in the water absorption stage (step 12). Next, the tissue unit is seated at the tissue unit seating stage (step 14). Next, water is dehydrated from the tissue unit in the dehydration step by the cover (step 16), and finally, the tissue unit is provided in a wet state in the wet tissue supply step (step 18). Hereinafter, a wet tissue manufacturing method and a wet tissue manufacturing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.

FIG. 2 is an explanatory view showing a wet tissue manufacturing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2, the wet tissue manufacturing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention has a predetermined shape. One tissue unit 111 is formed by arranging the formed tissues 1 in a square matrix and wrapping them in a wrap 11 having openings 11 ′ formed on both sides, and the tissue units 111 formed as described above are formed. The opening 11 ′ is provided with a shower, a jet, and the like, and sprays water onto the tissue unit 111 so that the tissue unit 111 absorbs water as a whole. The cover 3 is used while being seated in the seating groove 21 of the support frame 2 as shown in FIG. 3, and only moisture remains in the tissue unit 111 during crimping. Tissue unit 111 of the remaining state by moisture as described above after storage in a location such as a refrigerator, so as to pull-out used in bulk as needed.

2 to 7 sequentially show wet tissue manufacturing methods in which the dried tissue 1 is wetted with water and the wet tissue 1 is supplied.

That is, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a state in which water is supplied to the tissue unit 111, and the tissue unit 111 is erected as shown in FIG. 3 shows that water is supplied to the tissue unit 111 by a shower or the like after being formed so that the tissue unit 111 is placed on the support frame 2 with water supplied to the tissue unit 111 as described above. It is a perspective view which shows the state to be seated, and the opening part 11 'of the tissue unit 111 is formed in both sides in the support frame 2 having a' U'-shaped cross section so that the seating groove 21 is formed on the upper side. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a state before the cover 3 is pressed on the upper side of the tissue unit 111. The cover 3 fitted to the lower corner portion 22 of the support frame 2 is provided on the upper side of the tissue unit 111 to show the state before being pressurized. At this time, the cover 3 A fitting piece 33 is formed on both sides of the upper part, a pressurizing portion 31 is formed in the center of the fitting piece 33 and the fitting piece 33, and a pressing piece 32 is formed on the outer side of the fitting piece 33. The

FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a state in which the cover 3 is pressurized and the water in the tissue unit 111 is removed. By pressing the pressure pieces 32 on both sides of the cover 3 with the hand, the tissue unit 111 is pressed. The wet water will escape to the outside, and the tissue unit 111 that adheres to the inner wall surface of the support frame 2 even when pressurized as described above is formed in a square frame shape, which can produce a sophisticated design feeling. become.

On the other hand, in the process of pressurizing as described above, the support frame 2 is prevented from sliding down, and the water that has come out is prevented from slipping due to frequent contact with the paper surface of the support frame 2 and the bottom surface being damaged. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 8, a non-slip projection 23 projects from the lower portion of the support frame 2.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a state in which the cover 3 is separated from the tissue unit 111. When the cover 3 as the pressurizing means is separated from the tissue unit 111, the tissue unit 111 is restored to the original state, and at this time the restored state is restored. With the wrap 11 already provided at the end, the outer shape is always formed in a square shape.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a state in which the tissue unit 111 is pulled out from the support frame 2, and the tissue unit 111 is stored in a place such as a refrigerator in a state where moisture is provided to the tissue unit 111 as described above. The cover 3 can be pulled out and used, and the cover 3 can be stored conveniently by preventing the cover 3 from being lost by fitting the fitting piece 33 protruding on the upper side to the lower corner 22 of the support frame 2. It is composed of.

FIG. 8 is a bottom perspective view of the support frame 2 and the cover 3. As shown in FIG. 8, the bottom surface of the support frame 2 is formed with a non-slip protrusion 23 to remove water from the tissue unit 111. FIG. 9 illustrates that the non-slip protrusion 23 is formed in order to prevent the slipping and injury of the hand and the tissue unit 111 from being detached and the bottom and the like becoming dirty. It is a perspective view which shows the state by which a tissue is pulled out, and has shown that the wet tissue 1 is pulled out as needed from the tissue unit 111 wetted with water as mentioned above.

FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing a state in which the tissue 1 is unfolded, and shows a state in which the tissue 1 in a folded state as described above is roughly unfolded, but unlike this, as shown in FIG. The tissue 1 can be folded, and besides this, it can be folded in various ways for convenience of use.
