Abstract

The present invention provides method to help connect the vamp and the outsole, comprising: a vamp, comprising a lateral vamp and a bottom vamp; a connecting medium apparatus, comprising a first plane enclosing said lateral vamp, a second plane connected to said first plane and extending outward, a third plane connected to said second plane and extending downward, and a forth plane connected to said third plane and extending inward, wherein said second plane comprises a plurality of holes: and an outsole enclosing said connecting medium apparatus and said bottom vamp, wherein a material forming said outsole fills a gap between said forth plane of said connecting medium apparatus and said bottom vamp and said holes in said second plane.

Description

METHOD FOR MAKING A SHOE Background of the Present Invention. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a shoe, more particularly to connect the upper and the sole of a shoe.
Description of the Related Art With reference to FIG. 1, a conventional way of making a shoe is illustrated, which includes! a blade (110), a connecting means (120) including a plurality of holes (140), and a sole (130). The connecting means (120) is used to be sewn into the blade (110) and enclose the lower portion of the blade (110).
The paddle (110) and the connecting means (120) are placed in a mold, and then the molten rubber is poured into the mold to form the sole (130). The holes (14¡0) in the connecting means are filled with rubber to help connect the blade (110) and the sole (130). But the strength of the connection is not strong enough between the blade (110) and the sole (30).
Therefore, there is a need to provide a solution to improve the strength of the connection between the blade (110) and the sole (130).
SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for helping to connect the shoe and the sole, comprising: a blade, comprising a side blade and a bottom blade; an intermediate connection apparatus, comprising a first plane enclosing said blade! side, a second plane connected to said first plane and extending outwards, a third plane connected to said second plane and extending downward, and a fourth plane connected to said third plane and which is i extends into the interior, wherein said second plane comprises a plurality of holes; Y; a sole enclosing said connecting means and said lower blade, wherein a material forming said sole fills a space between said fourth plane of said connecting means and said lower blade and said holes in said second plane.
One or all or all of these and other features and advantages of the present invention will become readily apparent to those skilled in the art from the following description wherein a preferred embodiment of this invention is shown and described, simply as illustration of one of the most convenient ways to carry out the invention. As you will realize, the invention has capacity for different embodiments, and its various details have the ability to be modified in several aspects in an evident manner, all without departing from the invention. Similarly, the drawings and description should be considered as illustrative and not restrictive in nature.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 illustrates a conventional way of making a shoe. FIG. 2 illustrates an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 illustrates the cross section of the present invention. FIG. 4 illustrates the side view of the shoe.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED PERSONIFICATION In one embodiment, with reference to FIG. 2, a shoe comprises a paddle (200) including a side paddle (210) and a lower paddle (220), a medium connecting device! (230), and a sole (240). The average connection apparatus (230) includes 4 planes. The flat p / imer (231) is used to be sewn on the lower portion of the side blade! (210) to enclose the blade (200). The second plane (232) is connected to the first plane (231) and extends outwards. There is a plurality of holes (23) in the second plane (232). The third plane (233) is connected to the second plane (232) and extends downwards. The first plane (231) and the third plane (233) are parallel to each other, and are connected by the second plane (232). The fourth plane (234) is connected to the third plane (233) and extends inwardly.
The fourth plane comprises a plurality of sawtooth-shaped objects, and are parallel to the second plane (232). There is a space between the lower blade (220) and the fourth blade (234).
The blade (200) and the connecting means (230) are placed in a mold (not shown). A material, such as rubber, is melted and poured into the mold to form the fastener (240). The material fills the holes in the second plane and the space between the lower blade (220) and the fourth plane (234) to help connect the sole (240) and the blade (200).
With reference to FIG. 3, this is the diagram of the cross section of the shoe. The fourth plane (234) is not in the same plane of the cross section as the other planes. It is shown to help understand the structure. The second plane (232) is not shown because it is a hole in the cross section. With reference to FIG. 4, this is the side view of the shoe.
An expert in the art will understand that the embodiment of the present invention as shown in the drawings and described above is exemplary only and is not intended to be limiting.
The above description of the preferred embodiment of the invention has been presented for purposes of illustration and description. It is not intended to be exhaustive or to limit the invention to the precise form or exemplary embodiments described. Therefore, the above description should be considered illustrative rather than restrictive. Obviously, many modifications and variations will be evident to the practicing experts in this art. The personifications are selected and described for a better explanation of the principles of the invention and their best mode of practical application, thus enabling the person skilled in the art to understand the invention for various personifications and with various njiodifications as are convenient for the implementation or the particular use contemplated.
It is intended that the scope of the invention be defined by the claims appended hereto and their equivalents in which all terms have a meaning in their broadest reasonable sense unless otherwise indicated. It should be appreciated that variations may be made in personifications described by persons skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the present invention as defined by the following claims. In addition, no element and component in the present disclosure is intended to be dedicated to the public without harm if the element or component is explicitly described in the following claims.
