Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a la comunicacion de informacion de control en un sistema de comunicacion movil, mediante el cual la nueva informacion de control se puede transmitir mas rapidamente. La presente invencion comprende transmitir un primer bloque de datos que comprende la informacion de control para transmitir los primeros datos cuando no estan disponibles los recursos para la transmision de los primeros datos, recibir los segundos datos desde una capa superior para ser transmitidos, en donde los segundos datos tienen una prioridad mas alta que los primeros datos, y transmitir un segundo bloque de datos que comprende la informacion de control actualizada para transmitir los primeros y segundos datos cuando no estan disponibles los recursos para la transmision del primeros y segundos datos.
