Abstract

The invention relates to the decoration of embossed textiles, which enables the use of macromolecular substances on thick textile pieces comprising synthetic or natural long pile in order to counteract deterioration caused by normal use or successive washing operations, conferring thereon gold and silver aesthetic effects. The textile treatment method consists in first embossing or thermoengraving a corresponding pattern disposed in an embossing mould on a thick textile piece with natural or synthetic pile. Subsequently, the embossing mould in the embossing machine is replaced with a stamping mould having an identical pattern, which stamps and prints a layer of the selected macromolecular substance, purpurin or polyester particles. The product is then applied uniformly by means of scraping using either a rod or a scraper. Finally, the folds are dried with thermal air in the same machine in order to polymerise and set the stamped product.

Description

DECORATION OF TEXTILES GOFRADOS TECHNICAL FIELD The invention that is protected in this patent consists of a decoration treatment for embossed textile materials by printing macromolecular substances. It treats, therefore, of a local treatment of decoration that allows to configure ornamentations with diverse drawings, based in the priming of macromolecular substances, mainly of purpurina - mineral powder - and of frosts - dust of polyester -, on the textile materials to decorate , which achieve the optical effect of highlighting, in relief, such embossed patterns. The use of embellishments on textile materials by embossing, also called thermogravure, is a practice already known and usual in the sector of manufacturing and marketing of textile products. However, the incorporation of glitter on textile products has not been possible, without giving it consistency and adherence to subsequent cleaning and its long-lasting use. To this end, with the present invention a fixation treatment is achieved, and therefore a greater durability of the printing substances.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION At present, various treatments and procedures for decorating textiles are already known and used, but all of them have different operational and functional uses, especially since they have not been applied in the field of embossing or thermogravure nor have they endowed with the qualities of stability and durability of the printed substances, with which the use of the already developed means always presents certain limitations against the invention that is presented, based on its technical and economic advantages. Thus, they are already known as various textile decoration solutions, to the process for printing textile materials composed of a mixture of cellulose and polyester of the Spanish patent with publication number 0477136, or a procedure for obtaining fabrics with finished appearance pearlescent of Spanish Patent 0433728, or also the method to obtain fancy chromatic motifs in fabrics of Spanish Patent 0387798, or US Pat. No. 1510250, to achieve opalescent and fluorescent effects on fabrics; all of them as precedents close to the present invention, but generic and imprecise and as inventions all of which result means or treatments either not applied to the specificity of the embossed fabrics, or not developed with the same or equivalent phases of the invention. treatment in the textile decoration process.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Technical problem The current technical problem is that chemical compositions for the decoration of textiles are applied directly and without embossing - mainly, purples of different colors, and frosts or polyester flakes -; However, when they are only bonded by glues or synthetic resins, their resistance and durability are scarce compared to regular use or cleaning and washing of textile pieces. In addition, in the so-called textile products of natural or synthetic hair (for example, of blankets and carpets) the incorporation of macromolecular substances to endow ornamental effects has not been developed for industrial and commercial purposes taking into account the flexibility and fragility of the fibers. of hair; Ornamental effects are applied either by combinations of different pieces joined together - sewn or sewn -, or by prints of different drawings and colors without consistency or permanence.
Technical solution The use of embossing or thermogravure and its execution by means of discontinuous printing processes, and not by continuous processes of rollers on textile fibers, allows to form a stable, homogeneous and recessed base with respect to the fibers to which it is not he has made an embossing treatment for the priming of macromolecular substances on which they settle, whose formulation allows a stable and lasting fixation.
Advantageous effects For all this, it is endowed with innovative commercial applications in the home textile market, since it is possible to sell products incorporating glitter and polyester frostings that maintain their stability and resistance in textile articles. . In short, with the product resulting from the progressive and gradual treatment, an aesthetic advantage is obtained by allowing the printing of bright macromolecular substances with golden and silver effects on already embossed drawings. And it also achieves a technical advantage with a product of greater stability and greater resistance to the use of the textile piece and its subsequent cleaning, since the applied substance is printed on a surface of flat pattern, along the embossed pattern , and not on fibers or lake hair that are flexible materials, like grouped filaments.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention described can be carried out and arranged in the following manner preferably as a successive process: on a coarse textile piece, or of natural or synthetic hair, firstly, the printing of the embossing or thermogravure of a corresponding pattern arranged in the embossing mold, thereby achieving a relief on the textile piece that lowers the length of the fibers and flattens the surface drawn. Then, on the same embossing machine the embossed mold is replaced by an equivalent embossing mold in the drawing, which stamps and prints a layer of the selected macromolecular substance - glitter or polyester frostings, mainly - as a function of the pigments of chosen color. Subsequently, the product is uniformly applied by means of a rod-by-wire or by a scraper. And finally, in the same machine the drying of folds by thermal air takes place to polymerize and fix the stamped product, giving it the final consistency. In relation to the chemical components, the macromolecular substance to be used is combined and has as base or excipient a binder and adherent resin, mixed with a colored pigment.
