Description
TUBULAR BAG PROVISTA DE TAPA DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to a tubular bag according to the preamble of claim 1. Tubular bags of the type in question are of public knowledge and are used for storage and transport, as well as the distribution of liquid, pasty, powder-like contents , with sliding capacity and solids, having proven the great advantage in terms of light weight and the simplicity of shaping and applying impressions of these tubular bags and the containers made with them. Another advantage of these tubular bags is the easy handling of their arrangement. However, the opening behavior of these tubular bags, respectively tubular bag containers, proved to be problematic. The opening of these containers is usually done by breaking the container, an incision is normally provided in a side sealing seam that allows to continue breaking a sheet forming the tubular bag, generally consisting of two side wall sheets. Another option to open this type of tubular bag packaging consists of pulling two sides
lateral that form the tubular bag, separating them in the region of a seal, breaking the seal in this way. But both variants to open have serious disadvantages that consist in the sheets that form the tubular bag are broken, by breaking them partially or completely, the container breaks without plan and in an uncontrolled manner, so that the contents of the container is spilled, having as a consequence the loss of the packaged content. Furthermore, by breaking the tubular bag thus, its interior is frequently only difficult to access, since sections of the container half broken respectively remaining make it difficult to access the interior of the tubular bag, for example with the hand or with a spoon. Frequently, the remaining parts of the container also inhibit deliberately spilling or watering the contents of the container, which on the one hand contaminates the contents of the tubular bag, and causes, on the other, that it can spill only in an uncontrolled manner. Another variant of opening consists, finally, in the use of a scissors that allows to separate and eliminate an upper section of the closed tubular bag, so that the internal volume of the tubular bag is then free access. This variant, certainly, allows a clean separation of a section of the tubular bag that
It closes the tubular bag, but also generates the problem that, first of all, you have to have a scissors at hand, and, secondly, when using a scissors that are not clean, there is a risk of contamination of both the cut edges and of the same content of the tubular bag, making it eventually unusable. The object of the invention is to provide a tubular bag of the type mentioned initially, which can be simply opened in a hygienic manner and without accessories in such a way that the interior of the tubular bag is accessible without problem. This objective is met with a tubular bag according to claim 1. In particular, the objective is fulfilled by a tubular bag having a tubular bag body and a lid, as well as optionally a bottom, in particular a flat bottom respectively base, possessing the tubular bag body in a region of cover a peripheral edge, suitable for the placement of a lid, beveled and / or bent in an angled manner. The circumferential edge is formed as an annular angular profile which preferably forms an essentially perpendicular angle. The angular profile is fixed in the tubular bag body preferably by a union of
glue and / or seal, such that an arm of the angular profile extends a little, for example 1 mm to 10 mm from the edge of the tubular bag body over the mouth of the tubular bag body. For this purpose, the angular profile or may be attached by seal or glue, preferably, on the inner side of the tubular bag body. An alternative is that the arm of the angular profile extending over the mouth of the tubular bag body is attached with seal or glue on the outer face of the tubular bag body. An essential idea of the invention is that a section extending essentially in a direction extending over the mouth of the tubular bag body, in which the lid can be attached by means of a bonding connection, is provided in the tubular bag body. and / or sealing, in particular at least partially releasable, with the angular profile and, through it, with the body of the tubular bag. In case the angular profile is fixed on the inner side of the tubular bag body, the cap is placed on the inner side of an arm of the angular profile. By internal face of the angular profile is understood in the context of the present invention that face of the angular profile enclosing the smaller angle, in particular at an internal angle of 90 °. The external face of the angular profile isit wants to refer to the face opposite the internal face of the angular profile, which - in the case of an angle of 90o - then describes, in turn, an external angle of 270 °. According to another embodiment of the invention, the cover is then fixed on the external face, as defined, of an arm of the angular profile, which in this case shows in the opposite direction to the tubular bag body. Advantageously, the lid of the inventive tubular bag is formed flat and has at least one ear or a ring serving as a pulling device for opening the tubular bag. The opening of the tubular bag is carried out in such a way that the tubular bag body is taken with one hand or fixed in some other way, while another ear is grabbed by the ear of the lid, respectively the ring fixed in the lid . When pulling on the ring or on the ear, the lid of the angular profile which has been joined to the lid when closing the tubular bag by means of a glue or seal connection, which is provided detachably, at least partly, is now detached. . Depending on the glue used, it is possible that the tubular bag can be closed again by pressing the lid back against the adhesive area of the angular profile. The lid also has, according to a modality
preferred, at least one theoretical break point, in particular a theoretical break line, along which the tubular bag can be opened at least partially. By means of a theoretical break line it is thus possible to remove, on the one hand, only a partial section of the lid, which is a particular advantage in the case of a liquid content, in order to prevent the contents from being thrown away. It is also the intention that the opening behavior of the tubular bag is optimized by means of a theoretical break line, thus generating a preferred breaking edge along the theoretical break line when opening the tubular bag. It is emphasized at this point that also bags of several chambers are included in the scope of the present invention, whose compartments can be opened in each case individually using the lines of theoretical break in the lid, referred to above. In addition, the same body of the tubular bag, as well as eventually the lid and / or the bottom of the tubular bag are shaped with relative rigidity. This is a particular advantage when the tubular bag contains liquid or pasty substances. In the case of solid contents, these can provide certain resistance to the body of the tubular bag. An essential advantage of the tubular bag
The invention consists in that essentially the entire transverse opening of the body of the tubular bag can be opened, so that the inner volume of the tubular bag is made optimally accessible, also, for example, with a spoon, a fork or another instrument. Furthermore, in the case of liquid contents it can be avoided to spill them over the edge of the body of the tubular bag inventively because that arm of the annular angular profile extending somewhat above the mouth of the tubular bag body is shaped in such a way that the liquid collides first against the lower face of this section of the arm, but can not spill over the edge of the body of the tubular bag. The length of this arm section can be adjusted, if required, that is, shorter or longer. According to one embodiment, the body of the tubular bag is formed by a fin and / or overlap seal or, alternatively, it is extruded in the form of a tube, in particular seamless. The body of the tubular bag is preferably also produced from a laminate, in particular an aluminum laminate, having at least one sealing layer and optionally at least one barrier layer. The barrier layer consists, preferably, of Si02, A10x, ethylene
vinyl alcohol (EVOH) or a metal foil, for example, an aluminum foil. further, the lid and / or the bottom are manufactured essentially from the same materials as the body of the tubular bag. This allows a very economical production of the tubular bag, since both the lid and the bottom are produced from the same sheet respectively from the same laminate as the body itself of the tubular bag. For this purpose, either the sheet forming the posterior body of the tubular bag can serve, before the formation of the body of the tubular bag, or a section of an extruded tube, which are separated, in each case, for the formation of the tube. top and bottom. It is possible, for example, to seal a short section of tube simply on one side to form the bottom and then introduce it into the body of the tubular bag, possibly by stretching it, and sealingly join it, that is, seal it or stick it . Both the lid and the bottom and / or the body of the tubular bag have a thickness in the area of 50 μm to 1000 μm, preferably 80 μm to 500 μm and particularly preferably 100 μm to 300 μm. By respecting these measures, it is guaranteed, on the one hand, a reduced weight and on the other a durability and resistance appropriate for the tubular bag, even for contents of the bag that
they contain gas. In addition, the lid, the bottom and the body of the tubular bag itself can be sterilized, so that food and stimulants can also be packaged in the tubular bag and hygienically packaged therein. Additional embodiments of the invention are derived from the subordinate claims. The invention is described below by means of application examples which are explained in more detail by the figures. In these they show: Fig. 1 a schematic representation of an inventive tubular bag in cross section, in which the cover is fixed on the external face of the angular profile; Fig. 2 a schematic representation of an inventive tubular bag in cross section, in which the cover is fixed on the internal face of the angular profile; and Fig. 3 a schematic representation of a tubular bag in cross section according to Fig. 2, in which the lid is a little open. In the following description, the same reference numbers are used for equal parts, or having the same function. Fig. 1 shows a tubular bag 10 consisting of a tubular bag body 20 and a lid 30. The lid 30 is sealed on an angular profile. The angular profile 45 is sealed with a shorter arm extending
in the direction towards the bottom of the tubular bag 10 to the external face of the tubular bag body 20. The longer arm of the angular profile 45 extending over the mouth of the tubular bag body 20 serves to secure the cover 30. The internal face 47 of the angular profile is oriented towards the inside of the tubular bag, while the cover 30 is arranged on the external face of the angular profile. The lid 30 has a rim 50. The interrupted line indicates the angular profile extending at the rear peripheral rim of the tubular bag body 20. Figure 2 shows another embodiment of an inventive tubular bag, in which the angular profile 45 is fixed on the inner face 25 of the body of the tubular bag. According to this variant, the external face 49 of the angular profile 45 shows in the direction of the inside of the tubular bag, while the cover 30 is fixed on the inner face 27 of the angular profile. The angular profile 45 itself is welded, respectively sealed, with its short arm according to Fig. 2 with the edge of the tubular bag body in the cap region 35 thereof. Fig. 3 shows an inventive embodiment of a tubular bag 10 in which the tubular bag according to Fig. 2 is shown with the difference that the lid 30 has been slightly opened by pulling on the ear 50, and has been detached from the ear. the internal face 47 of the angular profile 45.
At this point it is noted that all the parts described in the foregoing are claimed as essential to the invention, seen by themselves, and also in any combination, in particular the details depicted in the drawings.
