Description

The present invention relates to a pouch container made of a soft film reinforced with a reinforcing member made of a synthetic resin molded product and a method for manufacturing the same.

。   In general, a foldable pouch container made of a soft film is used as a refill container for storing liquid substances such as shampoos, rinses, hand soaps, etc., or as a container for storing gel foods such as jelly. Is widely put into practical use (for example, see Patent Document 1).

As the pouch container, a self-supporting one that is filled with the contents has been put into practical use, but since the container body is composed of a soft film, basically, the contents are reduced. As a result, the container body is deformed into a flat shape, resulting in a problem that the self-supporting stability is lowered and the appearance is lowered. In particular, as in a pouch container described in Patent Document 1, a barrel member made of a film material formed in a cylindrical shape and a bottom plate made of a film material closing the lower end opening of the barrel member are provided, and from the outer periphery of the bottom plate When the fusion fixing part that extends downward is fused to the inner surface of the lower end of the body member, the bottom plate floats from the installation surface with the pouch container installed. There is a problem in that the portion is deformed in a downward projecting manner, and the body member tries to be deformed inward as a whole, so that the self-supporting stability is lowered or the appearance is lowered.

Therefore, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-228620, the applicant of the present invention is a self-supporting pouch container that includes a body member made of a film material and a closing member made of a film material that closes one end opening of the body member in a liquid-tight manner. An annular barrel side end fusion fixing portion formed by bending inwardly at one end portion of the barrel member is formed, and the closure member is fused to the outer surface side of the barrel side end fusion fixing portion. A pouch container with an outer member was proposed.

。   On the other hand, Patent Document 3 includes a trunk member having an upper end opening formed by a synthetic resin sheet having flexibility, and a lid member made of a synthetic resin molded body that closes the upper end opening of the trunk member. The lid member has a lid plate that covers the upper end opening of the body member, and an annular peripheral wall that is connected to the periphery of the lid plate and is thermally welded to the upper end portion of the body member. A container to which a spout serving as a mouthpiece or spout is attached has been proposed (see Patent Document 3).

。   Also, a bag body made of a film material, a mouth ring made of a synthetic resin material, a cylindrical portion that is fitted and fused to the upper end opening of the bag body, and protrudes outward from the upper end portion of the cylindrical portion There is proposed a bag cup that includes a mouth ring having an outer flange portion that is configured to fuse and fix a sealing film on the upper surface of the outer flange portion in a state where the contents are filled (for example, a patent) References 4 and 5).

By the way, in the pouch container of the above-mentioned patent document 2, since the container main body which consists of a trunk member and a closure member can be constituted with a film material, the production cost of the pouch container can be reduced and the volume of the pouch container can be significantly reduced. In addition, by using a laminated film having a metal thin film layer such as an aluminum layer as the film material, there is an advantage that the gas barrier property of the pouch container can be easily improved.

However, since the parts other than the spout of the pouch container are made of a soft film, in order to reduce the production cost, if a thin film material is used, the self-supporting stability and handling properties will inevitably decrease accordingly. There's a problem.

On the other hand, as described in Patent Document 3, when both ends of the body member are closed with a synthetic resin molded body, the self-supporting stability and handling properties can be improved while the film material constituting the body member is made thin. However, the amount of resin in the synthetic resin molding that closes the opening at both ends of the body member may increase, and the manufacturing cost of the pouch container may increase on the contrary. In addition, since it is difficult to secure the gas barrier property of the synthetic resin molded body, there is a problem that when the area blocked by the synthetic resin molded body increases, the gas barrier property of the pouch container inevitably decreases accordingly.

On the other hand, in the inventions described in Patent Documents 4 and 5, since only the mouth ring is made of a synthetic resin molded body, the handling property of the container can be improved while suppressing an increase in the manufacturing cost of the container. However, in order to prevent the mouth ring from being deformed by the pressure load of the heat seal or ultrasonic seal fusion head when the body member is fused and fixed to the mouth ring, the mouth ring is made thick. There is a problem that the amount of resin in the mouth ring increases.

Further, in the invention described in Patent Document 4, an outer flange portion protruding outward is formed at the upper end portion of the mouth ring, and the outer flange portion is exposed to the outside, so that there is a problem that the appearance of the pouch container is deteriorated. .

Further, in the invention described in Patent Document 5, since the outer peripheral surface of the mouth ring is formed in a tapered shape that is reduced in diameter toward the lower side, the mouth ring is attached to the upper end of the trunk member when the container is manufactured. It can be easily inserted into the part, but in order to fuse the barrel member to the mouth ring, when the heat sealing or ultrasonic seal fusion head is pressed against the upper end of the barrel member, the taper surface There is a problem that the mouth ring moves upward and the mouth ring cannot be smoothly fused and fixed to the proper position of the body member. Furthermore, since wrinkles and the like are likely to enter at the time of sealing, a problem occurs in aesthetics and sealing accuracy.

An object of the present invention is to improve the self-supporting stability and / or handleability with a ring-shaped reinforcing member, improve the gas barrier property and moldability, and reduce the amount of synthetic resin material used for the reinforcing member as much as possible. The present invention provides a pouch container capable of suppressing the deformation of the reinforcing member when the member is fusion-fixed to the reinforcing member and improving the molding accuracy.

A pouch container according to the present invention is a pouch container comprising a body member made of a film material and an end closing member made of a film material that closes one end of the body member in a liquid-tight manner, and the body member A ring-shaped reinforcing member made of a synthetic resin material having a cylindrical portion that can be fitted into one end portion of the cylindrical portion and an inner flange portion that protrudes inwardly from the cylindrical portion, and one end portion of the trunk member is a cylinder of the reinforcing member And is fixed to the cylindrical portion of the reinforcing member, and the outer peripheral portion of the end closing member is overlapped with the inner flange portion of the reinforcing member, and is fixed to the inner flange portion of the reinforcing member. It is what has been. In addition, in this specification, a film material does not have a strict meaning regarding thickness but shall be used as a general term including a sheet material.

In this pouch container, when the reinforcing member is disposed at the lower end portion of the trunk member, the self-standing stability of the pouch container can be improved, and when the reinforcing member is disposed at the upper end portion of the trunk member, the handling property of the pouch container is improved. Can be improved. In addition, a body member made of a film material is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the reinforcing member, and a closing member made of a film material is arranged on the end surface in the axial direction of the reinforcing member, so that the reinforcing member is hardly exposed to the outside. Therefore, the appearance of the pouch container can be prevented from being lowered by the reinforcing member, and the gas barrier property of the pouch container can be easily improved by using a film material having a high gas barrier property. In addition, the body member and the closing member are connected via the reinforcing member, and it is not necessary to form an inward folding portion at the end of the body member in order to fuse the closing member to the body member. An apparatus becomes unnecessary, and the manufacturing apparatus of a pouch container can be comprised simply, and the moldability of a pouch container can be improved. Further, as the reinforcing member, a molded product made of a synthetic resin material having a cylindrical portion that can be fitted into one end portion of the body member and an inner flange portion that protrudes inward from the cylindrical portion is used. Thus, it is possible to effectively receive the inward load on the reinforcing member, and reduce the amount of resin of the reinforcing member, while deforming the reinforcing member when the body member is fused to the cylindrical portion of the reinforcing member. It is possible to prevent the deterioration of the molding accuracy of the pouch container.

Here, it is a preferred embodiment that the reinforcing member is provided with a positioning protrusion that protrudes outward from the cylindrical portion and positions the body member with respect to the reinforcing member. In this case, when the pouch container is manufactured, the insertion position of the trunk member with respect to the cylindrical portion of the reinforcing member is appropriately set by inserting the barrel member into the cylindrical portion of the reinforcing member until it comes into contact with the positioning protrusion. Can do.

It is also a preferred embodiment to form a tapered surface with a diameter decreasing toward the distal end side at the distal end portion in the insertion direction into the body member in the cylindrical portion of the reinforcing member. In this case, at the time of manufacturing the pouch container, when the barrel member is inserted into the cylindrical portion of the reinforcing member, the end portion of the barrel member can be easily inserted while being guided by the tapered surface. In addition, since the tapered surface is formed only at the distal end portion of the cylindrical portion, the cylindrical member is inserted into the cylindrical member after the cylindrical portion is inserted into the cylindrical member, as compared with the case where the entire outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion is configured by the tapered surface. Therefore, when the tube portion is pressed inward by a heat sealing or ultrasonic seal fusion head, the tube portion can be prevented from moving upward, and the molding accuracy of the pouch container can be improved.

As the end closing member, an upper end closing member made of a film material that closes the upper end portion of the body member in a liquid-tight manner is provided, and a spout mouth member is formed by fusing and fixing the flange portion on the upper end closing member. Providing, as the reinforcing member, a ring-shaped upper reinforcing member made of a synthetic resin material having a cylindrical portion that can be fitted into the upper end portion of the trunk member, and an inner flange portion that protrudes inward from the cylindrical portion; The upper end portion of the body member is externally fitted to the cylindrical portion of the upper reinforcing member, and is fused and fixed to the cylindrical portion of the upper reinforcing member, and the outer peripheral portion of the upper end closing member is located above the inner flange portion of the upper reinforcing member. It is a preferred embodiment that they are overlapped and fixed to the inner flange portion of the upper reinforcing member. By comprising in this way, a pouch container with favorable handling property is realizable by an upper reinforcement member.

As described above, when the upper reinforcing member is provided as the reinforcing member, a connecting portion for connecting the flange portion and the inner flange portion of the mouth member is provided, and the upper reinforcing member and the mouth member are formed as an integrally molded product. This is a preferred embodiment. In this case, since the upper reinforcing member and the mouth member can be integrally formed, the manufacturing cost can be reduced. In addition, since the connecting portion can more effectively prevent the upper reinforcing member from being deformed inward, the upper end portion of the body member is externally fitted to the cylindrical portion of the upper reinforcing member, and heat sealing or ultrasonic waves are applied from the outside. The inner flange part and the connecting part receive the load when the seal's fusing head is welded together, preventing deformation to the inside of the cylinder part more effectively and improving the molding accuracy of the pouch container. it can.

As the end closing member, a lower end closing member made of a film material that closes the lower end of the barrel member in a liquid-tight manner is provided, and as the reinforcing member, a cylindrical portion that can be fitted into the upper end of the barrel member; A ring-shaped lower reinforcing member made of a synthetic resin material having an inner flange portion projecting inward from the cylindrical portion is provided, and a lower end portion of the body member is externally fitted to a cylindrical portion of the lower reinforcing member, and the lower reinforcing member It is fused and fixed to the cylindrical portion of the member, and the outer peripheral portion of the lower end closing member is superimposed on the lower side of the inner flange portion of the lower reinforcing member, and is also fused and fixed to the inner flange portion of the lower reinforcing member. This is a preferred embodiment. By comprising in this way, the self-supporting stability of a pouch container can be improved with a lower reinforcement member.

A first method for manufacturing a pouch container according to the present invention is a pouch container comprising: a body member made of a film material; and an end closing member made of a film material that closes one end of the body member in a liquid-tight manner. A manufacturing method using a ring-shaped reinforcing member made of a synthetic resin material having a cylindrical portion that can be fitted into one end portion of the barrel member and an inner flange portion that protrudes inward from the cylindrical portion. A closing member fusion process in which the outer peripheral portion of the end closing member is overlapped and fused to the inner flange portion of the member, and the tubular portion of the reinforcing member is internally fitted to one end of the trunk member, A body member fusion process for fusing one end of the body member to the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion of the reinforcing member.

In the first method for manufacturing a pouch container, the body member and the closing member are connected to each other through the reinforcing member, and in order to fuse the closing member to the body member, it is necessary to form an inwardly folded portion at the end of the body member. Therefore, an apparatus for inward folding is not required, and the manufacturing apparatus for the pouch container can be configured in a simple manner, and the moldability of the pouch container can be improved. In addition, after the outer peripheral portion of the end closing member is overlapped and fused to the inner flange portion of the reinforcing member, the cylindrical portion of the reinforcing member is fitted into one end portion of the trunk member, and one end portion of the trunk member Is welded to the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion of the reinforcing member, so that the end closing member is disposed on the reinforcing member while the reinforcing member is supported from the lower side, and a heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing fusion head from the upper side. And the end closing member can be easily fused to the reinforcing member. Further, when the reinforcing member is fusion-fixed to the body member, the end of the body member is externally fitted to the cylindrical portion of the reinforcing member, and a heat-sealing or ultrasonic-sealing fusion head is inserted into the end of the body member. The load on the inner side can be effectively received by the inner flange portion of the reinforcing member, so that the cylinder of the reinforcing member can be reduced while reducing the resin amount of the reinforcing member. The deformation of the reinforcing member can be prevented when the body member is fused to the portion, and the molding accuracy of the pouch container can be prevented from being lowered.

A second method for producing a pouch container according to the present invention is a pouch container comprising: a body member made of a film material; and an end closing member made of a film material that closes one end of the body member in a liquid-tight manner. A manufacturing method using a ring-shaped reinforcing member made of a synthetic resin material having a cylindrical portion that can be fitted into one end portion of the barrel member and an inner flange portion that protrudes inward from the cylindrical portion. A cylinder member fusion process for fitting the cylinder part of the member to one end of the cylinder member and then fusing the one end of the cylinder member to the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder part of the reinforcing member; And a closing member fusion step of fusing the outer peripheral portion of the end closing member on the inner flange portion of the reinforcing member with a plurality of support claws inserted from the side. .

In this second method for manufacturing a pouch container, the body member and the closing member are connected via the reinforcing member, and an inwardly folded portion needs to be formed at the end of the body member in order to fuse the closing member to the body member. Therefore, a device for inward folding is not required, and the manufacturing device for the pouch container can be simplified and the moldability of the pouch container can be improved accordingly. Further, since the reinforcing member is fused and fixed to one end portion of the trunk member in the trunk member fusing step, the closing member is fused and fixed to the inner flange portion of the reinforcing member in the closing member fusing step. By providing a filling step for filling the contents between the member fusing step and the closing member fusing step, the contents can be filled into the body member opened by the reinforcing member. The filling operation can be easily performed.

According to the pouch container according to the present invention, when the reinforcing member is disposed at the lower end portion of the trunk member, the self-standing stability of the pouch container can be improved, and when the reinforcing member is disposed at the upper end portion of the trunk member, The handling property of the pouch container can be improved.

According to the first method for manufacturing a pouch container, the trunk member and the closing member are connected via the reinforcing member, and an inwardly folded portion is formed at the end of the trunk member in order to fuse the closing member to the trunk member. Since there is no need, an apparatus for inward folding becomes unnecessary, and accordingly, the manufacturing apparatus of the pouch container can be configured in a simplified manner, and the moldability of the pouch container can be improved.

According to the second method for manufacturing a pouch container, the trunk member and the closing member are connected via the reinforcing member, and an inwardly folded portion is formed at the end of the trunk member so as to fuse the closing member to the trunk member. Since it is not necessary, a device for inward folding becomes unnecessary, and accordingly, the manufacturing device for the pouch container can be configured simply, and the moldability of the pouch container can be improved.

The film material composing the inner member 7 is composed of a single layer film that can be reduced in volume by hand, or a multilayer film having shape retention without using an adhesive. In the case of a multilayer film, a multilayer film produced by a thermal lamination method or a coextrusion method such as a T-die method or an inflation method, which can be manufactured without using an adhesive, is used. That is, since the inner member 7 is disposed in the pouch container 1 and the outer peripheral edge is exposed in the pouch container 1, the pouch container 1 is used in a multilayer film manufactured using an adhesive as in the dry laminating method. Since the adhesive may melt from the outer peripheral end portion of the inner member 7 into the contents filled in, it is preferable to use a single layer or a multilayer film that does not use an adhesive.

In this pouch container 1, since the upper reinforcing member 5 is disposed at the upper end portion of the trunk member 2, the handling property of the pouch container 1 can be improved. Moreover, the body member 2 made of a film material is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the upper reinforcing member 5, and the closing member made of the film material is arranged on the upper surface of the upper reinforcing member 5, so that the upper reinforcing member 5 is hardly exposed to the outside. Thus, the appearance of the pouch container 1 can be prevented from being lowered by the upper reinforcing member 5, and the gas barrier property of the pouch container 1 can be easily improved by using a film material having a high gas barrier property. In addition, the body member 2 and the upper end closing member 4 are connected via the upper reinforcing member 5, and it is necessary to form an inward folding portion at the end of the body member 2 in order to fuse the upper end closing member 4 to the body member 2. Therefore, an apparatus for inward folding is not required, and the manufacturing apparatus for the pouch container 1 can be configured in a simple manner, and the moldability of the pouch container 1 can be improved. Further, as the upper reinforcing member 5, a molded product made of a synthetic resin material having a cylindrical portion 5a that can be fitted into one end portion of the trunk member 2 and an inner flange portion 5b that protrudes inward from the cylindrical portion 5a is used. Therefore, the inner flange portion 5b can effectively receive the load on the inner side with respect to the upper reinforcing member 5, and the amount of resin of the upper reinforcing member 5 can be reduced while the cylindrical portion 5a of the upper reinforcing member 5 is reduced. It is possible to prevent the upper reinforcing member 5 from being deformed when the body member 2 is fused, and to prevent the molding accuracy of the pouch container 1 from being lowered.

Moreover, in this pouch container 1, since the whole lower surface of the outer member 8 is installed on the installation surface and the pouch container 1 can stand upright in the vertical direction, the self-standing stability and shape retention of the pouch container 1 can be improved. . Moreover, since the lower end bent part 2b, the outer member 8, and the inner member 7 are provided in the lower end part of the pouch container 1, and the lower end closing member 3 of the pouch container 1 is reinforced, the self-supporting stability of the pouch container 1 In addition, shape retention is further enhanced. Furthermore, since the body member 2 and the lower end closing member 3 are made of a film material, after use of the contents, the body member 2 and the lower end closing member 3 can be flattened to reduce the volume of the pouch container 1. Become. Further, since the lower end closing member 3 formed by fusing and fixing the outer peripheral portions of the inner member 7 and the outer member 8 to the lower bent portion 2b does not protrude outward from the body member 2, the inner member 7 and the outer member 8 It is possible to prevent the design of the pouch container 1 from deteriorating due to the outer peripheral portion or the lower bent portion 2b projecting outward from the body member 2. Furthermore, even when a film material using an adhesive is used as the body member 2, the upper end closing member 4, and the outer member 8, the adhesive does not leak into the contents, so that the quality of the contents deteriorates due to the adhesive. Can be prevented.

Next, a method for manufacturing the pouch container 1 will be described.
First, in the body member forming step, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), the film material is rolled into a cylindrical shape, and both end portions thereof are fusion-fixed by palm bonding, and the side fusion portion 2a protruding outward is formed. A cylindrical body member 2A having the above structure is manufactured. At this time, it is preferable that the side fusion part 2 a is fusion-fixed uniformly over the entire length of the body member 2. An unfused portion 2c that is not fused and fixed is formed on a part of the inner peripheral side of the upper end portion of the side fused portion 2a so that the upper reinforcing member 5 can be easily inserted into the body member 2. Also good.

Next, in the lower end closing step, as shown in FIG. 6B, the body member 2 </ b> A is fitted over the cylindrical jig member 10 in an inverted manner, and the inner member 7 is set on the jig member 10. Then, the lower end portion of the body member 2A is bent inward, and then the outer member 8 is disposed on the upper side of the jig member 10, and the outer peripheral portion of the outer member 8 and the outer peripheral portion of the inner member 7 are arranged on both upper and lower sides of the lower end bent portion 2b. And the outer peripheral portion of the inner member 7 and the outer member 8 are fused and fixed to the lower bent portion 2b by pressing the heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing fusion head 11 from above. As shown, a lower end closing member 3 composed of an inner member 7 and an outer member 8 is formed on the body member 2A.

On the other hand, in the spout attachment step, as shown in FIG. 7A, the mouth portion 6 a of the spout 6 is inserted from the lower side into the through hole 4 a of the upper end closing member 4, so The flange portion 6 b is overlapped, and the heat sealing or ultrasonic seal fusion head 12 is pressed against the upper end closing member 4, and the flange portion 6 b is fused and fixed to the lower surface side of the upper end closing member 4. Attach the spout 6 to the

Next, in the closing member fusion step, as shown in FIG. 7B, the outer peripheral portion of the upper end closing member 4 is overlaid on the upper side of the inner flange portion 5b of the upper reinforcing member 5, and heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing is performed. The fusion head 13 is brought into pressure contact with the outer peripheral portion of the upper end closing member 4, and the upper end closing member 4 is fused and fixed to the upper reinforcing member 5. However, after the upper reinforcing member 5 is fused and fixed to the upper end closing member 4, the spout 6 can be fusion bonded to the upper end closing member 4.

Next, in the body member fusion step, as shown in FIG. 8 (a), as shown in FIG. 8 (b), the cylindrical portion 5a of the upper reinforcing member 5 assembled with the spout 6 and the upper end closing member 4 is assembled. It fits in the upper end part of 2 A of trunk | drum members. At this time, since the tapered surface 5e is formed at the upper end portion (tip portion) of the cylindrical portion 5a, the cylindrical portion 5a of the upper reinforcing member 5 can be easily inserted into the upper end portion of the trunk member 2A. . Further, as described above, when the unfused portion 2c is formed inside the upper end portion of the side fused portion 2a, the insertability of the cylindrical portion 5a with respect to the upper end portion of the body member 2A can be further improved. In this way, as shown in FIG. 8B, the upper reinforcing member 5 is fitted into the upper end portion of the body member 2A and the upper portion is pressed and fixed by the holding jig 16, and the heat seal or ultrasonic seal is melted. The pouch container 1 having the barrel member 2 having the upper end portion fused and fixed to the cylindrical portion 5a is obtained by pressing the attachment head 14 to the outer peripheral portion of the upper end of the barrel member 2A. At this time, since the load at the time of press-contact of the fusion head 14 is received not only by the cylindrical portion 5a but also by the inner flange portion 5b, the deformation of the upper reinforcing member 5 is prevented while reducing the amount of resin of the upper reinforcing member 5. Thus, the molding accuracy of the pouch container 1 can be improved. Further, when the unfused portion 2c is provided, the upper end portion of the body member 2A is fused at the same time when it is fused and fixed to the cylindrical portion 5a.

In the body member fusing step, as shown in FIG. 9A, the cylindrical portion 5a of the upper reinforcing member 5 is fitted into the upper end portion of the body member 2A, and a heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing fusing head is used. 14 is brought into pressure contact with the upper end portion of the body member 2A, and the upper reinforcing member 5 is fused and fixed to the body member 2A. Then, in the closing member fusion process, the spout 6 is attached as shown in FIG. 9B. In a state where the upper end closing member 4 is disposed on the upper side of the inner flange portion 5b of the upper reinforcing member 5 and the upper reinforcing member 5 is supported by a plurality of claw members 15 inserted from the side above the body member 2A, heat sealing is performed. Alternatively, an ultrasonic seal fusion head 13 is pressed against the upper surface of the outer periphery of the upper end closing member 4, and the upper end closing member 4 is fused and fixed to the upper reinforcing member 5 to obtain the pouch container 1. Is also possible.

Next, another embodiment in which the configuration of the pouch container 1 is partially changed will be described. However, the same members as those in the above embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
(1) The body member 2 may be formed of a tubular inflation film that does not have the side fusion part 2a. In addition, one film material is rolled into a cylindrical shape, and the inner surface side and the outer surface side of both end portions are overlapped and fusion-fixed by applying an envelope by heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing, etc. A body member 2 in which two film materials are overlapped and their side portions are fused and fixed by gluing or envelope bonding, or three or more film materials are fusing and fixing by girder bonding or envelope bonding. Can also be adopted. However, in the case of fusion fixing by pasting an envelope, since the end of the film material constituting the body member 2 is exposed in the pouch container 1, the film material constituting the body member 2 is the same as the inner member 7. It is preferable to employ a film material having a configuration.

(2) As shown in FIG. 10, instead of the upper reinforcing member 5, an upper reinforcing member formed by positioning positioning protrusions 5 g projecting outward at the upper end portion of the cylindrical portion 5 a at intervals in the entire circumference or circumferential direction. It is also possible to use 5A. In this case, when the cylindrical portion 5a of the upper reinforcing member 5 is fitted to the upper end portion of the barrel member 2A, the barrel member is fitted until the upper end portion of the barrel member 2A contacts the positioning projection 5g. The upper reinforcing member 5 can be fitted and fixed with high accuracy at an appropriate position of 2A.

(3) As shown in FIG. 11, the inner flange portion 5b of the upper reinforcing member 5 and the flange portion 6b of the spout 6 are connected by a plurality of connecting portions 6d, and the upper reinforcing member 5 and the spout 6 are integrally molded. It is also possible to configure. In this case, the upper reinforcing member 5 and the spout 6 can be fused and fixed to the upper end closing member 4 at the same time, so that productivity can be improved and the body member 2A is externally fitted to the cylindrical portion 5a of the upper reinforcing member 5. Since the spout 6 can receive the applied pressure of the fusion head 14 not only through the inner flange portion 5b but also through the connecting portion 6d when it is fused and fixed, the load on the film due to the opening and closing torque of the cap is reduced. Can be made.

(4) As the lower end closing member 3 and the upper end closing member 4, those having a known configuration other than the above-described embodiment may be employed. For example, the lower end closing member 3 and the upper end closing member 4 are formed in a circular shape in plan view, but may be formed in an elliptical shape or a polygonal shape such as a square shape, a rectangular shape, or a hexagonal shape. Moreover, although the lower end closing member 3 is configured by the inner member 7 and the outer member 8, a lower end closing structure having any other configuration may be employed. Furthermore, when the adhesive does not melt from the film material constituting the pouch container 1 with respect to the contents, or when the adhesive does not affect the quality of the contents, the inner member 7 and the outer member 8 are used. It is possible to configure the same film material or to omit the inner member 7.

Further, as in the pouch container 1A shown in FIG. 12, the inner member 7 is omitted, and a lower reinforcing member 20 in which the upper reinforcing member 5 is inverted is attached to the lower end portion of the trunk member 2, and the lower reinforcing member is attached. The lower end portion of the body member 2 is fused and fixed to the 20 cylindrical portions 20a, and the outer peripheral portion of the lower end closing member 3A composed of the outer member 8 is overlapped on the lower surface of the inner flange portion 20b of the lower reinforcing member 20, thereby reinforcing the lower portion. It is also possible to fuse and fix the lower end closing member 3A to the lower side of the member 20. Thus, when the lower reinforcing member 20 is provided, the shape retaining property of the lower end portion of the pouch container 1A is increased, the self-supporting stability of the pouch container 1A can be improved, and the strength of the bottom portion when the pouch container is dropped is improved. Can do. Moreover, since it is not necessary to bend and form the lower end bending part 2b, the assembly property of the pouch container 1A can be improved. The lower reinforcing member 20 can also be configured so as to be able to effectively receive a load inward with respect to the tubular portion 20a by providing, for example, a cross-shaped connecting portion that connects the inside of the inner flange portion 20b. It is.

(5) As described above, when the lower reinforcing member 20 is provided, the upper structure of the pouch container 1A can be arbitrarily configured, and the upper reinforcing member 5 is not necessarily provided. For example, as in a pouch container 1B shown in FIG. 13, an upper end bent portion 2d that is bent inward is formed at the upper end portion of the body member 2, and the outer peripheral portion of the upper end closing member 4 is formed above the upper end bent portion 2d. In addition to overlapping, an outer peripheral portion of a ring-shaped inner member 7B made of a film material having the same configuration as that of the inner member 7 is overlapped on the lower side of the upper bent portion 2d, and these are fused and fixed. Is also possible.

Further, as shown in FIG. 14 (b), instead of the spout 6, in the plan view, the center part is the widest, and the boat-shaped main body having a height is formed so as to narrow toward the both end parts. A pouch shown in FIG. 14 (a) is used using a boat-shaped spout 21 having a portion 21a, a cylindrical mouth portion 21b erected on the main body portion 21a, and a lid 21c that is detachably screwed to the mouth portion 21b. Like the container 1C, an upper fused portion 2e is formed by superimposing and fusing the upper and lower film materials on the upper end portion of the trunk member 2, and a boat-shaped spout is formed between the middle portions of the upper fused portion 2e in the length direction. It is also possible to fuse and fix the 21 main body 21a.

Furthermore, as in the pouch container 1D shown in FIG. 15, an upper fused portion 2e is formed by fusing the upper and lower film materials on the upper end portion of the body member 2, and one end side portion of the upper fused portion 2e is formed. It is also possible to cut out the upper end portion from the notch portion 22 as indicated by the phantom line to form an extraction portion 2f that can be opened.

Note that the configurations described in the embodiment and the other embodiments can be arbitrarily combined.

Next, a reference example of a method for closing one end of the pouch container will be described.
In the first reference example, as shown in FIG. 16A, a disc-shaped first closing member 30 made of a film material having the same configuration as that of the outer member 8 and a film material having the same configuration as that of the inner member 7. An annular second closing member 31 comprising an annular mounting portion 31a that is superposed on the outer peripheral portion of the first closing member 30 and fused to the inner peripheral portion, and is recessed in a U-shaped cross section at the outer peripheral portion. The second closing member 31 having the annular groove 31b is used. First, as shown in FIG. 16A, the inner peripheral portion of the second closing member 31 is overlapped and fixed to the outer peripheral portion of the surface of the first closing member 30 on the inner surface side of the pouch container. Next, as shown in FIG. 16B, the outer peripheral portion of the second closing member 31 is fitted and attached to the inner side of one end portion of the body member 2A. Next, as shown in FIG. 16C, a cylindrical receiving member 32 is inserted into the groove 31b, and the outer periphery of the second closing member 31 is received from the inner side by the receiving member 32, while the outer side of the trunk member 2A is being received. One end of the pouch container can be closed by pressing the heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing fusing head 33 and fusing the second closing member 31 to the inner peripheral surface of one end of the body member 2A. In this manufacturing method, since the fusion head 33 can be received from the outside of the pouch container, the one end can be closed after the other end is closed. Moreover, since the whole pouch container can be comprised only with a film material, or it can be comprised with a film material and a spout, the gas barrier property of a pouch container can be improved easily by employ | adopting the thing excellent in gas barrier property as a film material. In addition, the second closing member 31 can be configured to be thin, and the groove 31b can be easily formed by deep drawing with respect to the second closing member 31, and the insertability of the second closing member 31 into the body member 2A can be increased. Can also be improved.

In the second reference example, first, as shown in FIG. 17A, the annular groove 35a of the molding die 35 is fitted into one end of the cylindrical body member 2A as shown in FIG. The folded portion 2g folded outward is formed at one end portion of the body member 2A. Next, as shown in FIG. 17 (c), the cylindrical receiving member 36 is placed in one end portion of the body member 2A until the upper surface thereof is substantially at the same height as the distal end portion (lower end portion) of the folded portion 2g. As shown in FIG. 17 (d), the ring-shaped pressing member 37 having a taper surface 37a spreading downward is provided in the state where the taper surface 37a is in the middle of the taper surface 37a in the radial direction. Is pressed so as to be pressed against the outer peripheral edge, and the bent portion 2h at one end of the body member 2A disposed inside the folded portion 2g is bent together with the folded portion 2g. Next, as shown in FIG. 17 (e), after the pressing member 37 is forcibly removed from the body member 2A, the receiving plate 38 is inserted between the folded portion 2g and the folded portion 2h, and the upper side of the folded portion 2g. A closing member 39 made of a film material having the same structure as the disc-shaped upper end closing member 4 is superposed on the sealing member 40, and a heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing fusing head 40 is pressure-contacted to fuse the closing member 39 to the folded portion 2g. Can be fixed. In this manufacturing method, since the fusion head can be received from the outside of the pouch container, the one end can be closed after the other end is closed. Moreover, since the whole pouch container can be comprised only with a film material, or it can be comprised with a film material and a spout, the gas barrier property of a pouch container can be improved easily by employ | adopting the thing excellent in gas barrier property as a film material.

The closing methods of the first and second reference examples can be applied to a pouch container including the upper reinforcing member 5 or the lower reinforcing member 20, and the upper reinforcing member 5 and the lower reinforcing member 20 are not included. It can also be applied to pouch containers.
