Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un cuerpo absorbente para uso en pañales, protectores de incontinencia o artículos similares, caracterizado en que el cuetrpo absorbente incluye una primera capa de pelusa (1) que es la que queda más cerca del cuerpo del usuario cuando se emplea, un primer superabsorbente (3) que está mezclado en la capa mencionada y que tiene un grado elevado de reticulado o entrelazamiento y por ello la capacidad de hincharse sin que se afectado substancialmente por las fuerzas de presión que ocurren normalmente, por lo cual la pelusa que se colapsa cuando absorbe líquido, se aflojará y con esto otra vez formará una capa de pelusa voluminosa que contiene aire, y en que el cuerpo absorbente incluye una segunda capa que contiene un segundo superabsorbente (2) que tiene una absorbencia a líquidos más elevada que el primer superabsorbente.
