Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a munición de armas pequeñas adecuada para emplearse en un arma pequeña, en donde la munición comprende un proyectil (1) que comprende un alojamiento (3) generalmente cilíndrico y un conjunto de cabeza de combate (29), siendo la cabeza de combate hueca para acomodar una carga explosiva (15) y un iniciador (14), estando formado el alojamiento (2) con un percutor (4) desviado por resorte (5) hacia una posición de seguridad, y asegurado en dicha posición de seguridad por medio de un pasador de seguridad (6) desviado por resorte; caracterizada en que el proyectil (1) está por lo menos en parte retenido antes del disparo en un alojamiento de cartucho que incluye una carga propulsora y en que el cartucho también retiene una pluralidad de aletas (8) en la condición plegada y colocadas sobre el alojamiento (3) del proyectil, estando cada una de las aletas separada a una distancia igual alrededor de la periferia del alojamiento y estando pivotada (9), mediante lo cual se desplaza hacia afuera en forma radial en relación al alojamiento, a la salida del arma.
