Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un aparato de cabezal mejorado, del tipo que interconecta un circuito de flujo externo y un circuito de flujo interno, en un intercambiador de calor, tubo en tubo, que comprende: un cuerpo de cabezal que es tubular en forma y tiene un extremo abierto, para conexión de fluido a una camisa, la camisa y el cuerpo de cabezal, definen el límite exterior del circuito de flujo externo y contienen por lo menos un tubo interno que define el límite exterior del circuito de flujo interno; y el cuerpo de cabezal tiene una abertura en un lado del mismo, para conectarse a un primer conducto para la comunicación del fluido con la camisa por medio del cuerpo de cabezal, caracterizado porque: el cuerpo de cabezal tiene además un extremo cerrado conectado integralmente para definir una frontera mutua entre los circuitos de flujo externos e internos, el extremo cerrado tiene por lo menos una abertura, formada ahí para recibir por lo menos un tubo interno del tal modo que un extremo abierto de por lo menos un tubo interno, quede conectado para el fluido con una parte del circuito de flujo interno, en un lado del extremo cerrado; y presenta una capucha interconectada al cuerpo de cabezal en el extremo cerrado para definir además el circuito de flujo interno y posee una abertura para la comunicación de fluido con un segundo conducto.The present invention relates to an improved head apparatus, of the type that interconnects an external flow circuit and an internal flow circuit, in a tube-in-tube heat exchanger, comprising: a head body which is tubular in shape and has an open end, for fluid connection to a jacket, the jacket and the head body, define the outer limit of the external flow circuit and contain at least one inner tube that defines the outer limit of the internal flow circuit; and the head body has an opening on one side thereof, to connect to a first conduit for communication of the fluid with the jacket by means of the head body, characterized in that: the head body also has a closed end integrally connected to define a mutual boundary between external and internal flow circuits, the closed end has at least one opening, formed there to receive at least one internal tube such that an open end of at least one internal tube is connected for fluid with a part of the internal flow circuit, on one side of the closed end; and it has a hood interconnected to the head body at the closed end to further define the internal flow circuit and it has an opening for fluid communication with a second conduit.
