Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a mejoras a un preventor de reventones, que comprende un alojamiento teniendo una perforación a su través y vías de guía que intersectan la perforación, un ariete movible en cada vía de guía hacia y lejos del otro ariete, cada ariete teniendo un borde de corte en su extremo interior que coopera con un borde de corte en el otro ariete para cortar un tubo dentro de la perforación, al moverse los arietes uno hacia otro, y sellos en los arietes para sellar con el otro ariete y con la vía de guía para cerrar la perforación, al cortar el tubo y ocurrir el movimiento contínuo de los arietes uno hacia otro; caracterizadas por operadores de fluido para mover los arietes hacia adentro con una primera fuerza hasta que el tubo ha sido cortado y luego continúa moviendo los arietes hacia adentro con una segunda y más pequeña fuerza a fin de cerrar la perforación.
