Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para la preparación de un medio de incubación para ensayos inmunometricos de fase sólida, que contiene lactoferrina como agente para impedir la unión o enlace no específico de substancias concomitantes en la muestra; que comprende mezclar lactoferrina y una sal tampon y, cuando es apropiado, otra proteína que haya sido, cuando resulte conveniente, degradada y reticulada químicamente y, cuando resulte apropiado, un agente tensioactivo en una cantidad tal que, al disolverse en agua, la lactoferrina este presente en un rango de concentración de desde 0.05 a 20 g/l.
