Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un ensamble de aguja para sellar un orificio, incluyendo el orificio una superficie inferior; un pasaje centralmente penetrante de la superficie inferior, un fondo cilíndrico liso que se extiende desde la parte de la superficie inferior hasta y hacia la abertura del orificio; y cuerdas hembra para recibir una tuerca que retiene una aguja en cuerdas macho complementarias, comprendiendo el ensamble de aguja mejorado; una aguja que tiene una punta en un extremo y una parte ensanchada hacia afuera en el extremo opuesto; un anillo de aro elástico enroscado sobre el extremo de dicha aguja y capturado en la parte ensanchada de la aguja en el extremo de la aguja opuesto a dicha punta; una tuerca para aguja que tiene una porción de compresión, una porción de cuerdas macho para acoplarse a las cuerdas hembra del orificio y una porción de receptáculo para poder asegurar la aguja al interior del orificio; dicho anillo de aro dimensionado con respecto a la parte ensanchada para ajustarse interiormente en el orificio sin que haya interferencia de las paredes laterales del mismo; teniendo dicho anillo de aro elasticidad suficiente para expandirse en diámetro circunferencial más allá de los bordes de la parte ensanchada para efectuar un primer sellado entre el extremo ensanchado de la aguja y el anillo de aro y efectuar un segundo sellado entre el orificio y el anillo de aro; efectuando el anillo de aro un sellado de auto-centrado para mantener dicho sellado bajo impactos columnares repetidos de la aguja en el septo para el depósito de muestra radioactiva en frascos sin fuga.
