Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una planta de energía eléctrica caracterizada porque incluye una caldera de vapor; un condensador de vapor; un elemento para proporcionar agua de enfriamiento a dicho condensador de vapor; una turbina de vapor que tiene un escape hacia dentro de dicho condensador de vapor; una fuente de pasta para suministrar una pasta de gas licuado y carbón a una presión relativamente elevada; un separador para separar los componentes de gas licuado y de carbón de la pasta, al convertir dicho gas licuado a su condición gaseosa para proprocionar una cantidad de gas a baja temperatura y carbón separado; un transportador para transportar el carbón separado a la caldera; y un intercambiador térmico para llevar a cabo la transferencia del calor de dicha agua de enfriamiento a dicho gas a baja temperatura para bajar la temperatura del agua de enfriamiento e incrementar la eficiencia de la planta de energía.
