Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un envase para empacar del tipo que se fabrica de un material fibroso revestido con plástico que tiene una aleta de sellado que se extiende a través de la pared de extremo superior del envase, en donde el material de empaque está unido por el interior con una unión sellada, las capas de material de empaque unidas de esta manera acomodan entre las mismas, por lo menos a lo largo de la parte de la parte de la aeta de sellado, una tira de rotura inserta en la aleta de sellado, que consiste de una saliente de tracción accesible desde el exterior del envase, y la tira de rotura está sellada en el revestimiento de plástico interno del material del empaque, el emvase para empacar está caracterizado porque el material de empaque, por lo menos dentro de la región de la parte de la aleta de sellado que acomoda la tira, tiene una capa de material adaptada para debilitar la edherencia, que se aplica entre la capa fibrosa y el revestimiento de plástico interno del material de empaque, el poder adhesivo entre la capa fibrosa y el revestimiento de plástico inetrno del material de empaque es más débil que el poder adhesivo entre las tiras de rotura y el revestimiento de plástico, dentro de esta region de adherencia debilitada de la aleta de sellado.
