Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una tapa de batería de aleación de acero circular para un recipiente de batería de litio herméticamente sellado, caracterizada porque dicha tapa cuenta con un espesor comprendido entre aproximadamente 0.20 y 1,52 mm con ranuras opuestas y químicamente atacadas en la misma en forma de arcos circulares en imágenes de espejo de menos de 360 grados separados del borde periférico de la tapa, a fin de suministrar una primera membrana de respiradero de seguridad de espesor de material restante preseleccionado uniforme comprendido entre aproximadamente 0.06 y 0.08 mm, capaz de responder de manera uniforme a, y de soportar, una primera presión media preseleccionada de hasta 35 Kg por cm2 antes de romperse, rodeando dichos arcos a una abertura en la misma dimensionada de manera tal de alojar a un conjunto de ojal y clavija de terminal que será fusionada en la misma; y una ranura punzonada con cuña en el arco atacado en imágenes de espejo sobre ambas superficies de la tapa del recipiente, a fin de suministrar una segunda membrana de respiradero de seguridad dentro de la primera membrana de respiradero de seguridad, que posee un espesor de material restante uniforme comprendido entre aproximadamente 0.01 y 0.08 mm, capaz de responder de manera uniforme a, y de soportar una presión media preseleccionada de hasta aproximadamente 28 Kg por cm2, antes de romperse.
