Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a consistómetro que comprende una envoltura de forma general cilíndrica que forma un recinto de consistómetro, dispuesta verticalmente y abierta en su parte superior, un tapón superior adaptado para atornillarse sobre esa parte superior para cerrarla, medios de introducción de un fluido bajo presión en el recinto, un recipiente alargado en forma de cuerpo de revolución alrededor de un eje, provisto con medios de cierre en sus dos extremos longitudinales, delimitado parcialmente por una membrana elástica y que puede instalarse verticalmente en el recinto y recibir un material reológicamente evolutivo, un agitador de paletas previsto para colocarse en el recipiente y provisto con un vástago de accionamiento, un cojinete de árbol en el medio de cierre del extremo longitudinal inferior del recipiente para el paso estanco del vástago, un equipo motor dispuesto al exterior de la envoltura y previsto para accionar en rotación el vástago y medio de medición del par de accionamiento de este vástago, caracterizado en que la envoltura comprende, en su parte inferior, un apéndice en el cual está dispuesto verticalmente un árbol intermedio de transmisión de movimiento de rotación que está provisto con un órgano receptor de par que coopera, en un sistema de transmisión de par del tipo magnético, con un órgano transmisor del par exterior al apéndide, accionado por el equipo motor y que está mecánicamente unido a su extremo superior a un dispositivo mecánico de acoplamiento previsto para que el extremo inferior del vástago se inserte en ese dispositivo mediante simple descenso del vástago al momento de la colocación del recipiente en el recinto de consistómetro y que se libere del mismo mediante simple ascenso del vástago al momento del retraimiento del recipiente.
