Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un sistema de borde de área en jardines ornamentales y que tiene otros propósitos útiles, caracterizado porque comprende: una tira alargada de borde; esta tira de borde a través de su longitud tiene un primer costado configurado para suministrar una porción macho y un segundo costado configurado para suministrar una porción hembra, las configuraciones de los costados son tales que la porción macho se puede recibir en la porción hembra, por lo cual los dos extremos del borde se pueden acoplar juntos acoplando la porción macho del primer costado con la porción hembra del segundo costado; una pluralidad de estacas aseguradoras, usadas en cooperación con la tira de borde para asegurar esta tira de borde; las estacas tienen una porción superior, la cual se dobla para formar una pata larga y una pata corta y definir una hendidura, de modo que las estacas se pueden ajustar a presión sobre la tira de borde, deslizando el extremo superior de la tira de borde dentro de la hendidura de la porción superior.
