Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un aparato para perforación con cavidad progresiva, para emplearse con una fuente de fluido a alta presión, el aparato de perforación se caracteriza porque comprende; una broca de perforación que tiene una cabeza de corte y cuando menos una salida de fluido para el fluido con alta presión una flecha que impulsa la broca de perforación conextada a esta, la flecha de impulso de la broca de perforación tiene una perforación longitudial que se extiende en ella y en comunicación fluida con la salida de fluido de la broca de perforación; un tren de impulso con cavidad progresiva para desplazar la flecha de impulso de broca de perforación, el tren de impulso con cavidad progresiva comprende un rotor que tiene un centrol real, un estator y un acoplamiento para perforación, estator y el rotor, cada uno con lóbulos helicoidales coaccionantes, que están en contacto entre sí en cualquier sección transversla, el estator tiene un lóbulo helicoidal más que el rotor, de manera tal que hay una pluralidad de cavidades definidas entre el rotor y el estator, el rotor se adapta para girar dentro del estator de manera tla que el centro real del rotor orbita al eje de manrera tal que el centro real del rotor orbita al eje del estator, la órbita provoca una progresión de cavidades en la dirección del eje del estator; un alojamiento, el alojamiento circunscribe el tren de impulso de la cavidad progresiva y cuano menos una porción de la flecha de impulso de la broca de perforación; un primer pasaje que se extiende al tren de impulso de la cavidad progresiva, para conducir un fluido de perforaciones de la fuente de fluido a alta presión al tren de impulso de cavidad progresiva el flujo de fluido a través del tren de impulso de cavidad progresica provoca la rotación del rot, la rotación del rotor se transmite a la flecha de impulso de broca de perforación mediante el acoplamiento, cuando menos un segundo pasaje que proporciona comunicación entre el tren de impulso de cavidad progresiva y la perforación longitudinal en la flecha de perforación, un conjunto de cojinetes entre el alojamiento y la flecha de impulso de broca de perforación y un reductor de flujo ubicado proximo al segundo pasaje entre el tren de impulso y la cavidad progresiva y el conjunto de cojinetes, para desviar el flujdo a alta presión en el segudno pasaje, el reducto de flujo tiene una rnaura formada ahí para conducir el fluido a través del reductor, la ranuta permite una trayectoria de flujo de fluido que se enrolla alrededor de la circunferencia del reductor de flujo de manera tal que la longitud de ranura de flujo se incrementa.
