Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un aparato de transmisión de movimiento oscilatorio de parabrisas de vehículo del tipo que incluye primero y segundo miembros de transmisión giratorios en forma limitada uno con relación al otro en planos diversos, uno de los cuales tiene fijada al mismo una espiga de bola recibida para esta rotación relativa en diversos planos, dentro de un buje de casquillo polimérico montado dentro de una abertura en el otro de los miembros, caracterizado en que la espiga de bola está montada sobre una superficie plana de uno de los miembros con el centro esférico de la cabeza de bolas de la espiga colocado a una distancia predeterminada sobre la superficie; el buje está construído de un material elastomérico duro, e incluye una porción de acoplamiento de bola que es recibida dentro de la abertura del otro miembro y se forma con una pared gruesa que define un casquillo de bolas interno; el buje incluye además una porción de faldón anular elástica, dependiente integral con la porción de acoplamiento de paredes gruesas, la porción de faldón teniendo un espesor de pared substancialmente menor que la porción de acoplamiento de paredes gruesas y también teniendo un reborde anular terminal acoplado con la superficie de un miembro, y se encuentra una cantidad de lubricante internamente del buje, la dimensión entre el centro esférico del casquillo de la porción de acoplamiento y el extremo anular terminal de la porción de faldón del buje, cuando la última porción está sin esforzar, siendo predeterminadamente mayor que la distancia predeterminada de la cabeza de bola por encima de la superficie, de modo que durante la instalación de la espiga de bola dentro del buje, la porción de faldón se preesfuerza bajo acoplamiento del reborde del mismo contra la superficie hasta un grado tal que el reborde se mantiene elásticamente contra el mismo como un sello lubricante durante la rotación relativa de los miembros de transmisión en una pluralidad de planos diversos.
