Abstract

Tendencija je da se danas za podizanjanje novih zasada vinograda koristi selekcionisan klonski materijal, sortno i sanitarno provjeren, što čini veoma dobru osnovu za kvalitetnu I stabilnu proizvodnju grožđa i vina. Ministarstvo poljoprivrede ruralnog razvoja Crne je na osnovu dobijenih rezultata i mišljenja Stručne komisije i Fitosanitarne uprave, donijelo Rješenje o priznavanju klona 1 sorte Vranac, što predstavlja izuzetano značajan doprinos razvoju vinogradarstva i vinarstva ne samo Crne Gore već regiona i šire. Vranac klon 1 je imao  veći koeficijent rodnosti okaca, veću prosječna masa grozda, veći sadržaj šećera u širi, veće ukupne polifenoli u širi u odnosu na populaciju, veći sadržaj ukupnog ekstrakta u vinu, veći sadržaj polifenola u vinu i veću organoleptičku ocijena vina u odnosu na vino populacije.  Priznati klon 1 sorte Vranac nadmašio je populaciju sorte i omogućiće sertifovanu proizvodnju loznog sadnog materijala, poboljšanje kvaliteta grožđa i vina, što će doprinijeti većoj afirmaciji i potražnji ovog kvalitetnog crnogorskog proizvoda.The tendency is to use selected clonal material for cultivation of new vineyards today, sorted and sanitary tested, which makes a very good basis for quality and stable production of grapes and wine. The Ministry of Agriculture of Rural Development of Montenegro, based on the results obtained and the opinion of the Expert Commission and the Phytosanitary Administration, adopted the Decision on the recognition of clone 1 of the Vranac variety, which is an extremely important contribution to the development of viticulture and winemaking not only of Montenegro but of the region and beyond. Vranac clone 1 had higher ocular fertility rate, higher average mass of grapes, higher sugar content in broader, higher total polyphenols in broader population, higher content of total extract in wine, higher content of polyphenols in wine and higher organoleptic evaluation of wine in relation to to the wine of the population. The recognized clone 1 of the Vranac variety has exceeded the population of the variety and will enable the certified production of vine planting material, improving the quality of grapes and wine, which will contribute to the greater affirmation and demand of this quality Montenegrin product.

Danas se za podizanjanje novih zasada vinograda koristi selekcionisan klonski materijal, sortno i sanitarno provjeren, što čini veoma dobru osnovu za kvalitetnu i stabilnu proizvodnju grožđa i vina. Tehnički problem koji se rješava ovim pronalaskom je poboljšanje crnogorske autohtone sorte Vranac kroz priznanje klona, koji da bi bio priznat mora u pojedinim agrobiološkim (rodnost, struktura grozda, sazrijevanje...) ili privredno tehnološkim karakteristikama (sadržaj šećera, kiselina, bolji kvalitet vina...) nadmašiti populaciju sorte. Istovremeno sa podizanjem matičnih zasada klona stvorena je osnova za poboljšanje kvalitetne kategorije sadnog materijala - loznih kalemova (sertifikovani lozni kalem) koji su temelj stabilnog, ekonomičnog i uspješnog vinogradarstva i vinarstva. Zato se u okviru starih, a cijenjenih sorti vinove loze nameće potreba klonske selekcije radi izdvajanja pojedinih čokota - klona koji su nosioci pozitivnih mutacija nekih privredno značajnih svojstava. Ovo je posebno značajno za stare autohtone sorte koje se gaje na našim prostorima od davnina kao što su vranac, kratošija, krstač, žižak i druge. The characteristic of old grape varieties is that they show heterogeneity in terms of the expression of their characteristics, which gradually leads to the degradation of the variety and the appearance of a series of biotypes within the population with noticeable differences. That is why, within the framework of old and valued varieties of grapevine, the need for clonal selection arises in order to single out individual vines - clones that carry positive mutations of some economically significant properties. This is especially important for old autochthonous varieties that have been grown in our area since ancient times, such as vranac, kratošija, krusač, žežak and others.

Rad na selekcionisanju klona započet je 2004. godine. Nakon sprovedenih vizuelnih pregleda u toku vegetacije, izvršeno je izdvajanje pojedinog čokota unutar populacije sorti koji se isticao svojim osobinama (kvalitetom), izvršena je njiegova sanitarna kontrola, umnožavanje, sadnja i praćenje njegovih agrobioloških i privredno tehnoloških osobina u poređenju sa populacijom sorte. Proizvedena vina su analizirana i izvršena je njihova senzorna ocjena. Nakon višegodišnjih ispitivanja u polju i laboratoriji (2010 - 2013) stekli su se uslovi za prijavljivanje izabranog klona za njegovo priznavanje. U toku 2014. godine su završena proučavanja i postupak priznavanja novog - selekcionisanog klona 1 sorte Vranac. Na početku realizacije projekta, kao rezultat sprovedenih vizuelnih osmatranja u toku vegetacije, izvršeno je izdvajanje fenotipski najinteresantnijih biotipova (čokota) unutar populacije sorti. Tom prilikom izdvojeno je 145 čokota unutar populacije sorte Vranac U saradnji sa italijanskim partnerima izvršena je sanitarna kontrola izdvojenih biotipova. Kontrola je podrazumijevala testiranje na prisustvo virusa vinove loze (GFLV, ArMV, GLRaV-1, GLRaV-3, GVA i GFkV) serološkim testom (ELISA test), molekularnom dijagnostikom (PCR metodom) i biološkom detekcijom (indeksiranjem). Rezultati ELISA testa i PCR metode su bili NEGATIVNI (bez prisustva pomenutih virusa) kod matičnog čokota klona 1, tako da je on umnožen i na taj način proizveden je lozni kalem predosnovne kategorije klona 1. On that occasion, 145 chutneys were separated from the population of the Vranac variety. In cooperation with Italian partners, sanitary control of the separated biotypes was carried out. Control included testing for the presence of grapevine viruses (GFLV, ArMV, GLRaV-1, GLRaV-3, GVA and GFkV) by serological test (ELISA test), molecular diagnostics (PCR method) and biological detection (indexing). The results of the ELISA test and the PCR method were NEGATIVE (without the presence of the mentioned viruses) in the parent scion of clone 1, so it was multiplied and in this way a scion of the pre-basic category of clone 1 was produced.

Od strane nadležnih institucija države Crne Gore izvršena je kontrola predosnovnog sadnog materijala - Vranac kloni proizvedenog u našoj kompaniji i u njemu nije konstatovano prisustvo virusa. U kolekcionom predosnovnom zasadu redovno su rađene sve potrebne agrotehničke mjere, uključujući i hemijsku zaštitu. U predosnovnom zasadu Vranca klon 1 u 2010. godini pored redovne agrotehnike, genetičke i sanitarne kontrole kod matičnog čokota i u predosnovnom zasadu klona 1(nastao umnožavanjem matičnog čokota) praćene su agrobiološke i privredno tehnološke osobine potencijalnog klona 1, kao i uporedno praćenje tih osobina u populaciji sorte Vranac. Nakon redovne sanitarne kontrole matičnog čokota klona 1, njegovim umnožavanjem u proljeće 2011. godine dopunjen je predosnovni zasad klona 1 i tako se predosnovni zasad klona 1 kontinuirano dopunjava. U periodu od 2010 - 2013 godine praćene su agrobiološke i privredno tehnološke osobine klona 1 i populacije sorte Vranac. U našem pogonu za mikrovinifikaciju proizvedena su vina od potencijalnog klona kao i populacije sorte vranac. Proizvedena vina su analizirana i izvršena je njihova senzorna ocjena te je kvalitetom vino klona 1. nadmašilo vino populacije sorte.
