Abstract

Изобретение относится к овощеводству, а именно к способу обработки семян салата посевного Lactuca sativa L. перед посевом.Способ, согласно изобретению, состоит в замачивании семян салата посевного Lactuca sativa L. перед посевом в течение 2 часов в 0,0005…0,1% водном растворе фенилэтаноидных гликозидов, полученных из растений Veronica chamaedrys L. путем экстрагирования при кипячении бутиловым спиртом насыщенным водой, концентрирования, очистки и сушки в вакууме полученного экстракта.Результат состоит в снижении накопления тяжелых металлов кадмий и свинец в листьях растений салата посевного.
