Abstract
The invention relates to the wine industry, namely to processes for sulphitation of wine products.The process for sulphitation of wine product, according to the invention, provides for the preparation of an aqueous solution of potassium sulfite, addition therein of tartaric acid in solid form or in the form of aqueous solution, intense stirring with optional separation of the formed precipitate, as well as administration of the mixture into the wine product.
