Abstract
Procedeu de fabricare a dalelor de poliuretan spongios, conform căruia amestecul de reacţie polimerizat preparat care conţine un agent de formare a gazelor se avansează pe elementele mobile 7, 10 ale conveierului, totodată, în spaţiul închis, aproape ermetizat 17 fiind efectuată expansiunea liberă şi polimerizarea acestui amestec.Presiunea în acest spaţiu se menţine în limitele predeterminate pe baza avansării continue în spaţiu a gazelor suplimentar la gazele degajate în procesul evacuării consecutive a gazelor din acest spaţiu, datorită cărui fapt în spaţiul în cauză este posibilă reducerea vibraţiilor presiunii, iar schimbările altor parametri, de exemplu, ale temperaturii se pot regla, ceea ce face posibilă obţinerea unei mase plastice spongioase cu caracteristici constante.În invenţie este descrisă, de asemenea, maşina închisă, aproape ermetică pentru fabricarea continuă a dalelor de masă plastică spongioasă, cu ajutorul căreia se realizează procedeul recomandat.
