The cloud chamber (1) is equipped with a laser radiation source (6) with a modulator (7), as well as a laser beam radiation receiver (8), placed in the chamber (1) and equipped with a thermal stabilizer (9), which is connected to a voltammeter (10), connected to a data processing system (11) based on computer.
