Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to devices for cleaning the tubular bones of the bone marrow and may be used in the regenerative medicine, the field of stem cells, morphopatology and histology.The device for cleaning the tubular bones of the bone marrow comprises a conical rod (1), on which is made spirally arranged spikes (2). The point (3) of the rod (1) is made with helical thread. To the opposite end of the rod (1) is welded a hexagonal shank (5) for securing the device in a rotation mechanism. All elements of the device are made of stainless steel.

Description

Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la dispozitive pentru curăţarea oaselor tubulare de măduva osoasă, şi poate fi utilizată în medicina regenerativă, domeniul celulelor stem, morfopatologie şi histologie. Este cunoscut un dispozitiv pentru curăţarea oaselor, care conţine o tijă conică, pe un capăt al căreia sunt executaţi spini, iar pe capătul opus al tijei sunt executate urechiuşe pentru fixarea dispozitivului într-un mecanism de rotire [1]. Problema se soluţionează prin aceea că dispozitivul pentru curăţarea oaselor tubulare de măduva osoasă conţine o tijă conică, pe care sunt executaţi spini amplasaţi spiralat. Vârful tijei este executat cu filet spiralat. De capătul opus al tijei este sudată o coadă hexagonală pentru fixarea dispozitivului într-un mecanism de rotire. Dispozitivul pentru curăţarea oaselor tubulare de măduva osoasă conţine o tijă 1 conică, pe care sunt executaţi spini 2 amplasaţi spiralat. Vârful 3 al tijei 1 este executat cu filet spiralat. De capătul opus al tijei 1 printr-o porţiune cilindrică 4 este sudată o coadă hexagonală 5 pentru fixarea dispozitivului într-un mecanism de rotire. Toate elementele dispozitivului sunt executate din oţel inoxidabil. Pacienta A. de 56 ani, cu osteoblastoclastom. La nivelul treimii distale a femurului s-au secţionat ţesuturile moi, după care s-a prelevat o grefă corticală din osul menţionat.
