Inventia se refera la controlul nedestructiv prin procedee ultrasonore (US), in special la defectoscopia ultrasonora rapida a sinelor de cale ferata. Procedeul de urmarire a axei longitudinale a sinei de cale ferata la defectoscopia US rapida consta in aceea ca pana la inceperea miscarii vagonului-defectoscop se monteaza articulat pe caruciorul lui defectoscopic un dispozitiv de urmarire, care contine schiuri de urmarire cu blocuri de traductoare US instalate in ele, axa de simetrie a carora coincide cu axa longitudinala a sinei, se lipesc strans schiurile de urmarire cu ajutorul unui sistem pneumatic de sina, dupa care se incepe miscarea vagonului-defectoscop pe calea ferata. Urmarirea fara contact a axei longitudinale a sinei cu ajutorul schiurilor de urmarire cu blocuri de traductoare US se realizeaza cu ajutorul imbinarilor magnetice, cu care este dotat suplimentar dispozitivul de urmarire. Dispozitivul de urmarire a axei longitudinale a sinei de cale ferata la defectoscopia US rapida contine un mecanism de urmarire executat in forma de schiuri de urmarire, instalate pe traverse, care sunt montate articulat pe rama caruciorului defectoscopic al vagonului-defectoscop cu ajutorul lagarelor. Schiurile sunt dotate cu blocuri de traductoare US, iar mecanismul de urmarire este utilat cu un sistem pneumatic. Mecanismul de urmarire este dotat suplimentar cu imbinari magnetice, fixate pe traversele lui si plasate pe aceeasi axa cu schiurile de urmarire.The invention relates to the non-destructive control by ultrasonic procedures (US), in particular to the rapid ultrasound defectoscopy of the railways. The process of tracking the longitudinal axis of the rail track on fast US defectoscopy consists in the fact that, until the start of the wagon-defectoscope movement, a tracking device is mounted articulated on its defectoscopic trolley, which contains tracking skis with blocks of US transducers installed in they, the axis of symmetry which coincides with the longitudinal axis of the rail, are closely adhered to the tracking skis using a pneumatic rail system, after which the movement of the wagon-defectoscope on the railway begins. Non-contact tracking of the longitudinal axis of the rail with the help of tracking skis with blocks of US transducers is performed with the help of magnetic joints, with which the tracking device is additionally equipped. The device for tracking the longitudinal axis of the railway track at the fast US defectoscopy contains a tracking mechanism executed in the form of tracking skis, installed on the sleepers, which are mounted articulated on the frame of the defectoscopic carriage of the wagon-defectoscope with the help of bearings. The skis are equipped with US transducer blocks, and the tracking mechanism is equipped with a pneumatic system. The tracking mechanism is additionally equipped with magnetic joints, fixed on its sleepers and placed on the same axis with the tracking skis.
