Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к гепатологии и онкологии, и может быть использовано для миниинвазивного лечения метастатического рака печени на фоне цирроза.Согласно изобретению, заявленный метод состоит в том, что через лапароскопический доступ в подпупочную область под контролем видеооптики вводят дополнительный троакар в подпеченочную область, эвакуируют асцитическую жидкость из брюшной полости, выявляют печеночный опухолевый очаг и выполняют забор биопсии из опухоли, затем при помощи биполярного электрода, который вводят через порт троакара, выполняют биполярную диатермокоагуляцию центральной поверхности опухоли частотой 33 kГц и мощностью 50 Вт с медленным продвижением электрода в ее глубь, продолжая термодеструкцию опухолевой ткани без поражения прилегающей печеночной ткани, в течение 1…5 мин в пульсирующем режиме, после чего в подпеченочное пространство вводят проверочный дрен на 2…5 дней и выполняют перитонеальный лаваж со смесью, содержащей антибиотики широкого спектра действия и протеолитические ферменты.
