Abstract

The apple-tree variety (Malus domestica Borkh.) with registrated denomination Sperantsa is obtained from Wagener awarded and Saratoni varieties hybridization. It is destined for fresh using. It is zoned in the Republic of Moldova for all fruit-production zones.The tree is average-sized with rounded crown. The main branches are moved away from the central conductor at an angle of 70-80°. The budbreaking and shoot forming ability are medium. It bears fruits on fruit spurs and twigs. The best pollinators are Renet Simirenko, Jonathan, Golden Delicious, Idared, Delicious varieties.The average crop is 25-30 t/ha. The ripening and fruit harvesting period is the end of september. The variety is characterized by the diseases resistance, overloading and transportation.
