Abstract

The invention relates to biotechnology and can be used in agriculture for producing leafroll virus-free grapevine plants.The process, according to the invention, comprises in vitro cultivation of immature embryos produced from stoneless grapevine parent forms and hybrid combinations thereof, vintage of bunches of grapes in 30…45 days after pollination, treatment at 4°C, sterilization with ethyl alcohol and sodium hypochlorite solution, separation of immature seeds and inoculation into a nutrient medium, cultivation in the dark at 25±2°C for 30 days, then at the same temperature, with a photoperiodism of 16 hours light, 8 hours darkness and illumination of 2000 lx, then the viable embryos are transferred to a nutrient medium, the formed plantlets are subjected to a virological control and the virus-free plantlets are transferred to soil and peat substrate.
