Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к кардиологии, и может быть использовано для прогнозирования риска смертности в постинфарктном периоде острого инфаркта миокарда.Согласно изобретению, заявленный метод состоит в том, что у пациента, на 10-й день госпитализации, забирают пробу крови, в которой определяют концентрацию С реактивного белка и малонового диальдегида, затем, per os, вводят раствор содержащий 75 г глюкозы и 250 мл воды, после чего, через 120 мин, забирают другую пробу крови, в которой определяют гликемию и в случае когда гликемия выше 8,7 ммол/л, концентрация С реактивного белка выше 9,8 мг/л и малонового диальдегида выше 3,51 µМ/л прогнозируют повышенный риск смертности, в случае когда гликемия соответствует величинам 7,7…8,7 ммол/л, концентрация С реактивного белка 3,0…9,8 мг/л и малонового диальдегида 1,9…3,51 µМ/л - средний риск смертности, а когда гликемия ниже 7,7 ммол/л, концентрация С реактивного белка ниже 3,0 мг/л и малонового диальдегида ниже 1,9 µМ/л - минимальный риск смертности.
